They kept my bike for over 45 days and charged me $613.28--over $80 more than the originally agreed estimate of $528 without my authorization. When I picked up the bike, it was completely unrideable and extremely unsafe: 1. Stuck Throttle: The accelerator jammed completely open while riding, creating a massive safety hazard. The mechanic tried to excuse it by falsely claiming my 1997 bike had "cruise control" (it does not). 2. Active Fuel Leak: A severe gasoline leak was dripping directly onto the hot engine from the carburetors, posing an immediate fire hazard. 3. Unjustified Charges: They charged extra for shop supplies and fuel without providing any purchase receipts for parts or gas. When I confronted the mechanic on-site and refused to sign the delivery invoice due to these dangerous defects, he became aggressive. He even admitted in text messages that the throttle was sticking and wrote textually, "I've done all I can do." I had to tow my motorcycle home for safety, and a certified diagnostic at another repair shop confirmed the active fuel leak and dangerous throttle issue. Instead of taking responsibility, the owner has resorted to harassing me for cash after I filed a bank dispute. Take your vehicle elsewhere if you value your safety and money!
