I brought my vehicle in on a Tuesday for a test drive after my vehicle being to 4 other appointments for the same issue within a month. The test drive was completed and I was allowed to go with to point out specific noises it was making, we got back to the shop it was put on a lift and multiple technicians came to the same conclusion and were confident with a diagnosis. I was absolutely thrilled because this is the 5th time I've tried to have this issue diagnosed and I thought someone had finally figured it out. I scheduled an appointment to drop it off two days later and was told they could have it done within the day I scheduled. So I drop it off this morning and reminded them I would need to pick it up by end of day/after hours and could pay via phone if needed. I was given the impression it would be a quick repair and I would get a call with an estimate for other items I needed repaired. It was dropped off at 7:40am, I called for the first update around 1pm and was told it was being worked on. I called back around 3 and cannot get through (no biggie, they might be busy) so I called again at 3:30 and get a lady who tells me she will check with a tech and call me back. I received the call back to be told their diagnosis was incorrect and it would have to be looked at by a "retired technician". I asked if my other issues had been addressed and was given a run around and she would only bring up one other issue. So then I ask if they can call me next week and schedule to bring it back for the "retired tech" to look at it, she rudely tells me no and tells me to "just come get it they can't help me". Upon picking it up was provided no documentation of the appointment or if anything was actually looked at. I am in disbelief of the customer service from this place, I've never been treated like that when just trying to get clarity and work out a repair.

Nope 30min before they close no call no update, called several times, update option on the menu went to voicemail, called back multiple times till i could speak to someone. Once i got a hold of someone they said we needed a new tire; perfect that would have been nice to know before 6:45pm. Looks like they had forgotten about us completely. Arranged to pick up the tire the following day, upon arrival they wouldn't even put the tire on the car for us. Drove back to the bnb and used the emergency jack again to put it on the car ourselves. What kind of tire place wont put a tire on a car for you?
