I didn't realize until after I left that in the bag there was also cape cod chips, a pickle, plenty of napkins, AND a moist towelette. It's the little things sometimes. Great lobster rolls. Certainly the best in the area and probably one of the best lobster rolls I have ever had. Good chunky lobster meat with extra butter flavor. Good grilled buttered roll but I think they put butter in the lobster mix and not much else. Also had the lobster bisque that was very good. We stopped in there, got a large lobster roll 33 bucks and two quahogs. Not only was the price outrageous 46 bucks but the portions were small and no linguica or clams in quahogs. The flavor wasn't bad but for what we paid we were disappointed and wont go back. read more

We stopped in and picked up (2) large lobster rolls and (2) cups of clam chowder last weekend. Both were excellent! The clam chowder has a very unique taste and is one of the best I've had. The lobster rolls were chuck full of delicious pieces of lobster meat. Very little mayo on their rolls. One of the best I've had, and we took a trip to Maine in search of the best lobster roll. The lobster roll was fresh lobster packed into a buttered toasted, New England hot dog roll. Lightly dressed, no lettuce, celery or extra junk. With a bag of chips and pickle was well worth $16. My wife enjoyed the mac and cheese. Again, chunks of sweet lobster meet in cheesy pasta. I thought I could use a little cracker topping or something but that's just me. I would definitely return again when I get a lobster roll craving. There's only a couple outdoor seats so you'll want to park close by. read more

This is a seasonal shop. Discovered it accident in search of the best lobster roll last summer. Basically, the large is on a light fluffy toasted sub roll. There had to be over a full pound of lobster meat on one roll. Barely any mayo, no lettuce, just huge chunks of lobster meat and wonderfully seasoned. It actually took me 2 meals to finish this. We were so disappointed, when at summer's end, this wonderful shop had closed. I am delighted to learn, that this shop is again open this summer. I know where we are going tomorrow night!! read more

Just had the lobster roll ($14) and lobster bisque ($7) at this new establishment in Onset. The lobster roll had chunks of lobster with very little mayo. It was very sweet and fresh. Much better than other places selling similar size for more money. The lobster bisque I think was among the best - even in fine restaurants. Ample lobster pieces and the right blend of sherry and creaminess. Simply outstanding. The owners are incredibly friendly and provided prompt service given this a small, made to order business. There was a sign on the window that said "Be back at 4:30" so we decided to wait. When it got to be 5 pm and still not open we left.
