Not attending to "non-regulars" in a timely fashion almost to the point of ignoring them. Morning crew for breakfast are wonderful. If the bartender can't handle the crowd, she shouldn't be behind the bar. Band was excellent. Would come see the band again any day, they were amazing, but would forgo having a beverage if said bartender was working.
