Not with Best Windows. I knew beforehand they installed Kensington brand windows. They started with the manufacturer's basic line. I inquired about the mid-level line and John provided his input on why he didn't think they were really worth the additional investment. John's pricing was straightforward. There was no "oh you get a Yelp discount" or "oops I forgot to add a window to your quote, I'll throw that in for free." It was refreshing to talk to a non-pushy company for once.
