Honestly wasn't mad at all -- it was one of the permanent RVs and it was very comfortable! I found the place relatively easily since my bnb host gave very detailed instructions. It comes with a parking spot and easy to follow instructions to get in as well. It had indoor plumbing, hot water, fully working kitchen accessories (including a small oven which I didn't use but was nice to have access to!) and a space heater in the bedroom. That heater was essential because it does get COLD at night if you don't use the central air system. The heater worked great though, my little room stayed a nice 73F although the rest of the place did get cold overnight. Of note - the walls are (obviously) THIN. It stormed/sleeted overnight and was windy so I could actually feel the place shaking. It was loud too but I always travel with ear plugs and those combined with an eye mask made it so I could easily fall asleep even though I did feel shaking from time to time with the wind. So come prepared! But otherwise I felt very safe/secure and comfortable. Would definitely stay again on a road trip :)

Jeff is AWESOME. Morning after a HEAVY rainfall, Brett was able to get us up the mountain to run Raptor again - he navigated the washed out and rutty road safely. To top it off, Jeff sent me nav locations for the meet up. Google is iffy when it comes to named locations inside parks so the actual nav points were perfect. Not only is Jeff and crew friendly and accommodating, he followed up with me periodically after sending us off, asking about trail conditions and notable viewpoints. For these reasons, Hazard County will be the ONLY shuttle service I will be using from now on.

The shuttle itself is is a great ride! not only clean but a smooth ride which up those dirt roads is saying something! The bikes are loaded on carefully and they ensure there is no way of damage / rubbing on the way up. The ride itself was like a guided tour of the views, with insights into the area and trails plus the "give me your trash dont leave it up there" means the leave no trace ethos starts straight away. Having tried other shuttles before this is one is the only one we use now, its a keeper!

Leaving the rental home... he said "not interested." Abruptly hung up. I'm not leaving a bar. Trying to get a ride tooooo a place where I plan to eat dinner and listen to my friend. Go into a different industry if you don't want to do your job or think it's acceptable to speak to someone that way. It's truly comical how insanely rude that was. I was NOT drinking. I ended up driving. (My friend performing was already driving home end of her show and I didn't feel it necessary to have 2 cars there. But no big, I'll drive). But that's freaking crazy. Literally choose a different occupation then! Actually, probably hide in your house and avoid people entirely since you have NO freaking manners or know how to speak to people in any professional let alone appropriate manner.

We stayed here two nights and slept terribly. Even with the free earplugs, we couldn't get a good nights sleep. Everything is so close together you also have no space from your neighbors. When we arrived someone else was encroaching in our site. The shared kitchen and bathroom facilities are nice, hence the 2 instead of 1 star.

Two person table, love seat pull…read moreout couch, two queen beds, a bath tub, coffee pot, mini fridge, toaster, etc. Each room contains a mini split which works great at heating and cooling the rooms. The mattresses are what you'd expect for staying off somewhere, not too hard but not too soft. We brought our own pillows so I can't speak to those. The bathroom has hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We didn't use the community areas, but the setup looks great and it has a grill. Cons: Cleanliness is lacking, there are cobwebs throughout. The floor needs a good vacuuming and a heavy mopping done. It looks like only spot cleaning is done when guests leave the property. Seeing the lack of cleanliness made me question if our sheets had actually been washed and that's a gross feeling. The bath tub has no stopper, but using a wash rag worked just fine. The hot water is lacking. A quarter of the way filling the tub the water turned cold, and it took a good 45 minutes for the water to heat back up. With three people needing to bathe/shower, it was problematic and very disappointing after a long day of being out in Arches N.P. Be sure to watch a YouTube video on the Hamilton Beach Brew Station coffee pot before using or you will have watered down cold coffee. Unfortunately, I did this after making our coffee, and wasted the coffee grounds and collagen powder I had brought. There is a lot of road noise, so if you're a light sleeper bring ear plugs. I don't think we will be back here again for the price we paid.
