I was leaving Hope with my two children on a Sunday night when my engine light came on, and black smoke came out of the exhaust. I pulled over and to be safe, had the car towed to Car Guys while we stayed in a local motel. Car Guys checked the car thoroughly, made a number of recommendations which they detailed for me on the invoice, but offered to fix just enough to get our car safely back on the road. All done by early afternoon. They were friendly, honest and fast, and I am very grateful.

Although they were very busy, they squeezed in a unscheduled appointment. They correctly diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and billed us a very reasonable rate. No taking advantage of the situation, just plain great service. In fact, I calculated that I saved $150 over what the OEM would have charged! They got us back on the road and we made it to our destination in time to relax and watch the sun set on the lake. I would recommend these guys to anyone!

The cashier (3rd generation in hope), goes above and be young. we arrived for a service appointment (early in the morning), the service person had step out, soo she came over and took our keys (suver we had an appointment & service knew what needed to be done).
