Maybe it was because they would move one piece of furniture then all stand in the truck to tie it down and stare at it for 10 mins. They took the hardware for my bed and TV mount and when I called to ask for it , George told me he would call me back and never did. Here it is Christmas Eve and I will have family sleeping on a mattress on the floor because I cannot put my bed together or TV up. They also chipped my wife's vanity mirror and siad nothing about it.
