Because of this, our time to clean is near nonexistent. Slightly ashamed to say our house was quite filthy and it bothered my wife and I that our kids were having to live in a very dirty and unorganized place. I chose Queen City because of their reviews and location. They responded quicker than other places I reached out to and we quickly established a dialogue with the owner. Knowing full well how bad the house was I asked for the deep cleaning service and did decline the oven/fridge cleaning. They showed up at 8:15 am with a team of 3 technicians and started the monstrosity that was our house. They were there from 8:15 to 4:30 and completed the bathroom and 3 bedrooms, but still had to do the kitchen and my computer/game room. I was advised it would be an additional $125 for them to come the second day for 4 hours which they did complete the kitchen. I stayed out of the way and was locked up in my computer room as they worked And when I would go out to get water or look at their progress, I couldn't help but smile because I couldn't believe what I was seeing. Language barrier was present but one of the techs did speak some English so we were able to communicate, the owner would reach out as well to translate. I did this as a surprise gift for my wife for Mother's Day and she was exceptionally pleased. While I wish I could say it was perfect, there is some feedback (which is also mostly my fault): Because of the language barrier, I was less encouraged to be around and try and guide them on how to sort things which was a downside (My Spanish is weak). They cleaned every inch as promised but anything that wasn't thrown out or organized was placed in large trash bags. I did have to reach out to the owner and ask if they remember where they put certain things that we couldn't find like laptops, etc other things that usually we wouldn't place in boxes stored away. Again, this is avoided entirely if I was more active. If you are active and nearby as they worked, this wouldn't happen to you. We're still going through all the bags sorting stuff out and doing laundry but I cannot stress how extremely satisfied I am with this service. This was essentially a "reset button" on the house and I'm now able to actually keep it clean at the end of each day. It was a monumental burden lifted from my wife and I and Queen City Cleaning was responsible. I will be getting their services again for things like our couches and the monthly 4 hour sessions they offer. Extremely recommended, even if your house seems dirty and unorganized beyond hope like I thought mine was.

Over time, the quality declined, especially after I stopped leaving higher tips. At one point, I stopped using her services entirely. Recently, I realized she must've rebranded when I found her number again while searching for a cleaner. She scheduled an appointment with me for today (between 11 AM and 1 PM) but never showed up, called, or communicated that she'd be late. While she has a pleasant personality and started strong, her communication and consistency are poor, and issues with thoroughness were never properly addressed.
