They were thorough and they listened to what I needed as this was a double move, meaning half the items to storage and the rest to the new place and many other little necessary details that I needed, for example certain items in storage needed to be in front for easy access etc. I have moved MANY times while living in Southern California (and even there the movers were always at least 2 hours late) and have had either ok or bad service from movers, but these Rockstars here in the Valley worked like a well oiled machine and got it done! Also, even though I was leery at the price, it actually turned out less than what I expected with the double move. These guys worked fast! Not only would I recommend them to friends, I will be using them again whenever I move!

Our move included all of our furniture and one car, and everything was delivered safely within 48 hours. They arrived very early on Friday morning, and despite moving into an apartment, the entire unloading process was completed by mid-morning. Wish I could leave 0 stars…read more Long story short, Isaac and this business were horrible to work with and still owes me $3,000 from substantial damages to our contents. I'd gladly pay double what I paid him for a smoother process and an actual professional business. Since he has not delivered on funds that have been owed for over a year, I'll assume this is a lost cause. Please do not make the same mistake we did. Isaac has changed his number and has had some extremely consistent family tragedies (we pray are true for his sake). Worst decision ever entrusting him with our cross country move.

I visited about 5 flooring places in the valley looking for flooring for 1/3 of my new used mobile…read morehome. Saw the All About Floors van in other parks, and called them. Their van has a great selection of laminates, vinyls, etc. They showed me the vinyl click-n-locks, that are water resistant, and won't warp up because of the locking together. They brought out several samples, and I found the most beautiful flooring I'm looking at in my house now! I couldn't figure out which way to lay the flooring, and the installer gave me his suggestion, which made perfect sense to me, and I'm so happy with the floor! I talked to them on Monday, and they had it installed on Friday! I moved in on Monday, so time was a big factor for me. They also put up matching baseboard. I didn't have to go searching for that either, as they knew just what to use. Every time I walk into my home, I'm thrilled with my choice of flooring! Excellent service, better selection than Matt's or Kranes or Home Depot or Lowes. Installation was perfect. Price was cheaper than anything I half-way liked at the other stores! Another good point about All About Floors is they have stock they keep and use all the time. Lowes and HD sell close-outs, and you'll never find that same flooring again. I plan on getting the other 2/3rds of my home done after those rooms get painted, and they will still have the matching flooring available. My oh my! It's so fly! I think one reason their prices are so low is because they don't have a big store to pay for, just the van, and great customer referrals.

This has caused so much strain to our Mother and her home. The times they have come out to do their "patch repair jobs" we are never notified or told when they will appear - we would like to know when they come out so that we can have someone available to speak to. Mr. Salinas came out a few weeks ago to assess the damage made inside the home after a bad storm and all they did was assess and never heard from them again. I have made multiple calls and have left multiple messages to Mr. Salinas and Soraida and nothing. At this point I just want the portion they worked on redone!!!
