Cool little print shop in an easily accessible location. Whole staff is extremely friendly and welcoming almost to the point where I thought I was an employee for a second! Gabriel helped me out with some stickers and signs and I couldn't have been happier with the results. It almost was as if Gabriel invented printers himself the way he was handling it. The smooth crisp trimming he did for me was amazing I've never seen trimming this clean in my life! My fiance has been doing business with Cantu for several years and has always been pleased with their work and professionalism. So after getting quotes on wedding invitations from a couple of other places and then talking with Manny (the owner) and Kevin (the designer), we decided to get a quote and some proofs from Cantu. We had some ideas about how to customize the invitations and the enclosures (response and information cards) so worked closely with Manny and Kevin from beginning to end. Manny really knows his business and was able to make our concept a reality. And Kevin did the same with our design ideas, including creating a graphic from a picture of a lighthouse on the beach where our wedding will be. He captured the detail so well that my Father recognized it as the Gurnet Lighthouse when he saw the invitation! The bottom line is they did a terrific job and we are thrilled to be sending out invitations that we love and to have saved some money. And, by the way, when we were throwing a surprise 85th birthday party for my Father Cantu took a picture of him and made a fantastic banner that we hung from the ceiling for the party. They've kept it as a keepsake and have it hanging in their home office. Also kudos to Manny's brother, Danny, Dario, and Brianna. I highly recommend Cantu for your printing work. The guys here are beyond helpful and honest. Continuous customer. Worth our 40min drive to Pasadena. We have gone to other print shops for quotes and many declined us service because they didn't want the job of putting a comic book together. Didn't think comic books intimated print shops but Danny has been the BEST. He makes it seem so easy taking our worries away especially when we come to him with last minute projects like having an art exhibit the very next day... I've only visited Cantu for copies and faxing, but wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff are a friendly group of young guys, and are quick to help. I have gone once, a Thursday afternoon, where the place was pretty swamped- but I only had to wait about 5 minutes for service. Only have to pay a buck per page of faxing which is cheaper than a couple neighboring copy shops. You'll be satisfied with your service there. read more

In a rush to get a poster printed where everywhere else couldn't do it I was referred here. This place is really great. I needed to get a 36 x 48 in poster printed by 5am the next morning and I talked to Dario (probably spelled that wrong) who was extremely nice. When they print a poster it's usually takes them 1day but he worked with me to get it done that day. Their price was cheaper than kinkos/ FedEx but it looked great. Their prices are reasonable and they aren't pushy to get the more expensive deal. Then when I went to picked it up Dario was kind enough to wrap it in butcher paper and help me out to my car to make it fit. Brianna who helped me at the register was sweet to wait until I checked in and gave me a discount. The team is just sweet, and kind and I will come back with all my printing needs. read more

I could not for the life of me find somewhere to print the papergoods for our wedding and was about to give up and go to Office Depot or Staples, when someone recommended Cantu. They did a great job and it could not have been an easier process. I wanted to be able to go in and talk to a human and see the paper up close before pulling the trigger and I was able to do that (unlike at the big box stores where they seem to just want you to do everything online.) When I walked into their business at 9:30 in the morning, Kevin helped me entirely with my photograph and he was very knowledgeable of photoshop and the image size capability. He was very helpful and when I couldn't solve the issue at their shop I was able to call him over the phone when I got home to fix the image in photoshop. I got back to their shop after fixing the image size and Manny the owner/manager comes in while I was reviewing the photograph with Kevin, and mentioned, "What's the problem?" In my point of view there wasn't a problem until Manny mentioned it. He was rude to interrupt and told me that the image would print as we see it on the screen, so I had them print the job. I told them I would be back by 4:00 pm, then the print was still not ready, they had some nozzle issue. When the print was done, it had a scratch in the middle of the print and this is a portrait (scratch found near the person's nose). The manager Manny didn't reprint the job and mentioned that it would go on a glass frame as if that would cover up the scratch. It annoyed me so much, that I told him there was no way I can sell the print with a defect. Unfortunately, when I left the shop at 5:30 I was so unhappy with the whole thing and devastated of the final outcome. Manny offered nothing, in fact he told me to purchase the scratch print and if I was not please after framing it, he offered to print me another print 50% off. It was the most ridiculous print shop that I've ever gone to. I love small businesses but Manny was not the most courteous and friendly person there. If it wasn't for Kevin, I wouldn't have even paid for the print. Lessoned learned, if you want a large format photo print do not go to Cantu Graphics. read more

We had a big business meeting and were just coming back from vacation, so we were not prepared. We called Cantu Graphics to see if they could help us bind our C.V. and color copy photos that we were attaching. We worked with Kevin, who was great, knowledgeable, and kept cool during our emergency. He did some on-the-spot graphic design editing, showed us a proof and then printed and bound several copies of our C.V. within about 20 minutes. This review is long overdue. I'm a wedding invitation designer, and I pretty much only go to cantu to get my printing done. Sometimes it's a joke how long I am in this shop... trimming paper on their awesome paper cutter, editing my files for reprints, etc. The customer service is sometimes spotty if they're busy, but I mostly come back for the great print quality. I've tested out prints from super copy in eagle rock as well as from the print spot in monterey park. I think those places are fine, but cantu is a little better and it's also much closer to me! I've never used any other service from them other than normal digital printing on cardstock, but I would recommend them! read more

This tiny spot in South Pasadena is absolutely the best for printing! I had decided to try this place since I drove passed it one day and it looked like they offered various graphic services. At that time, I was a future bride looking to do it all myself including invites, rsvp cards, menus, guest info cards, and wedding programs. I bought my own specialty paper, which I knew would need a great printer, and this place definitely had it! Manny is very knowledgable and even called me when I left an order, and he had a question about the font. He made sure it was done like the sample I had given him on paper. All of the paper items were on USB and the color, once they were printed, looked better than what it showed on the computer. Everyone there is very friendly and the service is quicker than expected. The price is reasonable especially because I printed ALL the items in color. Many people thought I had spent a fortune on all the wedding stationary, because it was amazing quality.
