I decided to give it another try today and ordered the chicken dumplings with chili oil, pork ear, and custard buns. The custard bun was the only dish I really enjoyed. The pork ear was way too salty, and the chicken dumpling filling was dry, extremely oily, and very salty. I could only eat two pieces before I had to stop. I really wanted to like the food because the service has been good, but after several visits, the food just hasn't worked for me. I hope they can improve the seasoning and consistency because I'd be happy to give it another try in the future.
