Getting a new roof can be a daunting experience - not only is it an investment and affects the look of your home, but you have contractors tearing the roof of your house and it's important to get someone you trust. I highly recommend Alpha for the job. Not only did they give us a beautiful new roof which looks perfect, their employees were extremely careful and respectful of our home and our property, protecting bushes and cleaning up every day after they finished working. Lastly, they use great product and their labor warranty is incredible. I highly recommend this company!! They're good people.

From day one with our house fire, to not one, but TWO water damage issues after we got back into our home, ServiceMaster was there. They carefully took care of all our personal items making them look brand new after the smoke and soot damage. Even my outdoor tools looked great. They stepped in, big time, when we had water damage and went the extra mile to make sure it was all done correctly. Their team is professional and friendly, and I can only give them my highly recommendation!

I gave Idaho Roofing Contractors a call to ask if they did roofing inspections before making my final payment to the company that did our roof. They said they would be happy to come out and do an inspection for me. They were extremely communicative and Chris Newton showed up at 2:00 just as scheduled. He walked around the house with me. Explained what looked good and what could have been done differently but was still ok. After a half an hour he said he was going to get out his drone out to see places we couldn't from the ground and snap photos. We then reviewed all the photos and I got a thorough roofing education, much appreciated! I don't know if they normally spend so much time for a free inspection, but regardless, Chris spent an hour with me and the roof and it didn't cost me anything. No sales pitch or request for me to write a review. I wanted to write a review because I wish I had found them instead of the other company I used. I was blown away that they would be so generous when they knew coming in there was likely no immediate financial benefit for them. From everything Chris explained about how detailed they are and how they take photos of every stage of a roofing project, I think anybody would be well off to use this company. Nothing sleazy or pushy, just the kindest down to earth folks trying to do things the right way and provide for their families. Give them a call to have your roof inspected or re

She began getting estimates from various roofing companies. Owhyee's estimate was not the cheapest nor the most expensive. Upon researching Jeff's company, it was found to have been in the valley for many years. One of our neighbors used Owhyee Roofing years ago at a previous home and was really pleased with the work. They use the same crew each time. They came in and completed the job in a couple of days, taking care to clean up each day. Four homeowners have used them this year, and 4-6 homeowners are looking to use them in 2027. I believe that says a lot about this company and their integrity.

We had roofing nails throughout our yard due to them using what appeared to be a leaf blower. With pets and or children that's problematic. Also our gutter downspouts were filled with debris. On another note we were informed that if we refer someone to them that has their roof done by Bravo we would get a $500.oo referral check. I referred our neighbor and 6 months later have not received that referral check, even after contacting them 2 months after neighbors were completed. With that being the case will they live up to their promise on the warranty of their work. Hmm ========================================================== After my initial post, Bravo roofing reached out to offer running a magnetic rake around the perimeter (to get any roofing nails I missed) and inspected my downspouts and addressed (if I missed any). They also honored the referral. So with that I'm changing the rating to a 4 star. I can't in good conscience give them a 5 star, since the cleanup should have been inspected and addressed at that time.
