They've all been "good" but today we had the pleasure of working with Austin, and he was GREAT. He was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable, he went above and beyond what any one else has. It's the little things that have a huge impact. While he was here he didn't just work on what he had to and leave. He took the time to clean our glass, vacuum inside and out, and leave it nicer than he found it. No it's not required or even expected but that's what makes it so special. He's the first person we've dealt with that will leave an impression good enough to recommend Leisure time as a company as long as his name is attached to it. He made a very long drawn out process end in a very good way, and he deserves to be praised for it.

Work required replacing a broken vent elbow and 24" riser into the kitchen. I supply ALL materials! None of the existing vent needed attention (see photo) I found a local handyman who performed the job next morning for about 1/10 RMMs quote. The handy man was done in about 1/2 hour. I gave RMM an extra star as I may not have been clear with them about the total scope of work.

I had my floors refinished and wood installed on my stairs and landings in September 2022. The…read morefinish used on my floors show every paw print, shoe mark, where my chairs move back and fourth. The floors look great when the sun isn't shining but show how uneven the finish is when bright out. I clean them and as soon as my dog walks on them you can see the oil from his paws. My stairs look beautiful but one is already squeaky and they rarely used. This was a big expense for me and I'm sick out how poorly my floors look.

Jon gave us an estimate to install and refinish our water damaged (Sink Flood) floors that was extremely competitive with many of is top competitors. Jon explained the process so well, our 3 and 6 year olds understood what would happen and when. Jon, provided several samples of colors on our floor (making sure to appease my OCD) so we could decide on the color for our home. Once our color was selected and the date was set and the new wood was delivered Jon's professionalism shined from phone calls to verify dates were still good, to making sure the wood was stored properly for acclimation. When Jon sanded our floors with his dustless system I was sure I would find dust in our home but there was none. The floors are as smooth as a babies butt and the finish is spectacular.
