Later, when our schedules eased up, I tried again. Within 12 hours of booking, I adjusted the appointment to Thursday of the same week--plenty of open slots were available, so I didn't expect it to be an issue. Apparently, it was. Cue the rude text messages. You're right: you run a business. And if you don't want mine, I'm more than happy to take it elsewhere. But if I'm spending over $500 to have my windows cleaned, I expect to choose a time that works for me--and to not be treated with hostility for doing so. Thanks again. It was brought up to code with new osb decking and a roof system that is top notch. And they replaced the rotted facial boards on the eves. AF Roofing completed the job in 3 days. They cleaned the yard so much so you would have known they were ever here, except for a very nice looking roof. It was a very labor intensive job, but the crew worked hard and cheerfully without a complaint heard. Even when I had questions, they did not mind my interruptions.
