We have had our upholstery and area rugs cleaned twice previously - both with terrible results. The first company who came left the rugs so wet that they mildewed, damaged our hardwoods and had to be thrown out. The second company left and you wouldn't have even known they had been there! The technician was late, not at all knowledgeable (company later said he was brand new AND that he had been fired) and extremely ineffective. Even when they offered to come back and service the home for free, we declined. Our experience with American Cleaning was fabulous from start to finish. Booking was easy. The technician, Scott, was right on time, knowledgeable, professional, hard-working and extremely polite. And the best part is that my upholstery and rugs look brand new! I had very low expectations based on previous cleaning experiences both here and in other states, but I am beyond thrilled with our results. We will never use another cleaning service and, as a realtor, I plan to recommend them to all of my clients!
