So, we replaced our AC and Heater at the same time. Their initial offering was at the budget model from Goodman but I didn't want a system that would only last 10 years. I wanted something that woud pair with my replaced Trane system and last over 25+ years. They recommended Amana as their high end and it has a lifetime warranty. However, I was not told I needed to register these units within 60 days to keep that extended warranty. So luckily, I read the fine print and completed that. Its almost been two months and the systems are working well! I highly recommend this team for any installations and repairs.

Working with my Landmark my home warranty provider, he promptly provided his professional assessment and obtained an approval for a much-needed unit upgrade, facilitated getting the unit delivered in just a few days, and completed the installation on a Saturday morning as the temperature rose to 102 degrees that afternoon - whew! Thank you, Nick!!! During installation, an internally corroded ventilation flume pipe broke, and Nick knew where to go to get a new one and did just that without missing a beat. This could have caused another two or more days' delay, but Nick took care of us. He explained the warranty and that the new unit was already registered with the manufacturer. It's working superlatively and we couldn't be happier with Nick's service and attention to detail, including adding additional structural support to some damaged dry wall under the unit that he didn't have to do nor did I realize it was compromised from previous water damage from the prior unit; he also applied new duct seam adhesive at all junctures and improved access to the filter for us. But the Magic tech showed me the AC float switch that was never wired correctly, the tape that could have blocked a critical kill switch, and left me knowing everything was okay. He confirmed safeties were working properly (after service). I felt good with the updates done. Combustion assessment has a separate price tag, like an al a carte menu. He researched a replacement UV bulb and found a cost while onsite. There was quite a bit of effort to upsell into service agreements. Aside from that, I will certainly consider them for summer AC, hot water, and heater maintenance. For what I needed at the time, perfect. I am considering a annual service agreement for the heater, AC, and hot water. They are apparently expanding to attic insulation ad well. The negative reviews from "CA customers" are puzzling. They deserve 5-stars.
