I would never recommend Mike to do any pool repair. He took my money, committed to replace my…read moreliner, then bailed on installation and told me he was going to "dump" the liner at my house. At the very least he's unprofessional if not a swindler, and he has some serious issues and shouldn't work with customers. I contacted Mike in early May about replacing the liner in my in-ground pool. We paid $1000 and he said he didn't do contracts so I was just supposed to give him money and hope for the best. I told him I was using the fire dept for water and he told me to schedule a time with them. I responded that I would do that if I knew when he'd be putting the liner in. His actual response was, "And I wish I could give you that date trust me it's not my intention to have people mad at me texting my personal cellphone but unlike any other company I was very clear what was happening..." He was NEVER clear. And his "personal cel phone" is his business phone. I asked if I could get the tracking number to call myself to help him out. He responded by offering my deposit back until the liner came in but also this gem, "this is why I loose faith in man kind people running around ripping people off and now the few honest that are left have to be badgered until they get to follow thru with their commitment." Badgered?! But he had our money and we were close to the end so I actually had to talk him down and tell him it's ok and don't get defensive. Mike said "I'm sorry yes I have ben being attacked and I tried sleeping in one morning and I had a lady start on me at 6am wich literally just pet her order in 6 days ago any who that's not your concern." After his breakdown and confusion over the liner being in, Mike committed Tues in 3 days to install, and got upset that I didn't pre-schedule the water. How could I if I didn't even know what day he was coming? For some reason he could never understand this. He responded, "no no no you told me you had water pre scheduled just needed a time. I'm done being harassed at all hours of the day and night so the liner will be shipped to your house once the remainder is paid." We waited a MONTH and then JUST LIKE THAT he drops me. What professional would react like that to a $3400 commitment??!! I was appalled at his reaction and politely replied that he could keep the liner . He apologized that we couldn't make a deal. What a kook! I told him this was all on him and he AGREED. The best is after the refund he meant to text someone else and told them "...she's at me for no reason..." What?! My response was less than nice. But we were in a bind, so I got the liner from Cannon Pools and paid them directly. I texted Mike because he had committed to deliver the liner at my house so the least he could do was that. He agreed to do it free of charge in 3 days. A couple days later I found no one to put the liner in that they didn't measure so I texted Mike to ask if he would fulfill his commitment to put it in. No response in 24 hours so that was my answer. I ended up driving an hour each way to get the liner myself. I texted Mike that I would give him terrible reviews, as I should!! He AGAIN texts me but means to text someone else and actually says "this is the message I get after telling her politely 3 days ago I'd drop it off on Friday. I have flawless reviews and now shes guna f*** them up." That was the last straw for me as I did NOTHING wrong, and I gave him MANY MANY chances. He is delusional, he is rude, he is unprofessional, and he's unstable. DO NOT HIRE MIKE because you will be sorely disappointed and he will mistreat you, and there's no guarantee he will complete your job. We relied on him being a sound business person who would honor his commitment, which he didn't. For that alone, he deserves 0 stars.

They also carry some common garden plants too. Their grounds carry everything from foundational trees and shrubs to easy growing flowers to veggies and fruits. They also have sections organized by Deer Resistant, Veggies, Shade Shrubs, Sun, Partial Shade, Trees, Partial Shade Flowers, etc. It's easy to find your way around, though the staff will gladly help too. I found their nursery to be sizeable but not overwhelming. As someone who is newer to gardening I thought their signage is some of the best I have ever seen- on every plant variety they have a big sign with its common name, genius, zones, size, sun/shade needs, if the plant is native or not, and unique features, along with clear pricing. The signage was useful in making sure the plants would be happy at my home, though all the plants I looked at seemed fairly robust period. I wound up with some shade loving white wood asters, sun loving sunflowers, and brown-eyed susans. While I'm a newbie gardener I think more experienced gardeners would be happy here too given all the options and knowledge at hand. They do have a big commercial/pickup side and offer landscaping and hardscaping services for those who are interested. I thought car parking was easy but I was also visiting towards the end of the end of a day on a weekday.
