Even more so when it's a supervisor doing the harassing. This supervisor called an employee a bitch not once but twice and in front of multiple people one being a team leader who did NOTHING. I watched with my 2 eyes an employee who was operating a line, over dose found on the ground, EMS gave him narcan and he came to. He came back to work a day later. Supervisor saw and knew and didn't do anything. Team leaders playing faverance the people they don't like gets put in the worse spots. You bust your ass to get a $5 gift card for Christmas. Employee appreciation we got $1 ice cream sandwiches. I could go on for hours. But long story short; Unless you want to get shit pay and to be treated like shit it's the job for you.
