They didn't even look at my car until some point late Saturday (beyond when I could pick it up) and were still "finishing it up" Monday morning. They stated that they "misplaced my paperwork". Poor communication. They also wrote my paperwork up incorrectly and tried to charge me $300 for work I did not need. They eventually made the whole appointment free, but I have a bad taste in my mouth. I have since taken my car elsewhere and confirmed that the "dead battery" is completely healthy. It's obvious to me that A&T Subaru does NOT value my business, my time or me as a customer. They disappointed me at every step of this process and I feel very much taken advantage of, when I took my car there in good faith. I won't be taking any vehicles there for service and will choose to purchase vehicles elsewhere in the future. A&T Subaru does not represent the values or character of the Subaru brand that I've known and driven for the last 15+ years.

Last week, during the brutal rain & wind storm, my son was driving his car to work and ran over debris in the road. Unbeknownst to him, the debris had damaged the undercarriage of his vehicle causing oil to leak out while it was parked during his work day. Later that evening, after a long 10-hour day, he went to start his car and it was dead. Long story short...I called CarShop and told them what happened. Michael in service assisted me. Michael was very helpful and super nice! He gave me a number for a tow truck service and said if we could bring the vehicle there before 7 that night, he would register it for work the next day. Thank the Lord, it worked out and we were able to get the vehicle to CarShop before 7. Michael took excellent care of the vehicle and, knowing that my son needed the vehicle for work the next day, he made it a priority and it was finish next day! In fact, because I'm disabled and don't drive, CarShop went one step further, and they even delivered the vehicle to us once completed since we live close by. I don't know many places that take care of their customers the way CarShop does. I'm pleased with Michael and the service team at CarShop Hatfield. They are excellent!

I have no confidence in this dealership. Car was in service from 3/23/2026 to 4/3/2026. Then taken to second mechanic for extraction of oil. Received the car back on 4/7/2026. After my mechanic checked it out, he found some problems that were waiting to happen; including leaking break fluid. The suspicious part was the Select Auto had told me the car recently passed inspection, but my mechanic made it clear to me that it shouldn't have passed. After deciding that purchasing the vehicle was not in my best financial interest, I returned the vehicle to the dealer and repeated what my mechanic had said to me. Up until this point the employees had been extremely positive and helpful but once my disinterest in purchasing the vehicle became evident; their tone changed. This makes me believe that their pleasantries were disingenuous. My big issue is the fact that they were able to have a vehicle pass inspection, when my mechanic (who does do vehicle inspection) said it shouldn't have. I see this as extremely fishy and would be extremely cautious when thinking of buying from this dealer.

I clearly explained that I would purchase the vehicle from Thompson if they honored the $500 Hero discount that was being offered at Team Toyota. The Sales Manager, Steve Tagye, responded and initially confirmed that honoring the $500 discount would not be an issue. Based on this clear agreement, I placed a deposit. After several months of waiting for the redesigned RAV4 to enter production, the dealership located a vehicle for me in February. At this point, communication broke down completely. The sales consultant, Ken, could not make even minor decisions and was forced to defer to Steve Tagye for nearly everything. In March, Steve Tagye unilaterally backed out of the previously agreed-upon $500 discount on a vehicle with a list price of approximately $49,000. Despite the clear documentation of our agreement and my repeated references to it, he refused to honor the commitment and attempted to argue that the agreement never existed. This was a blatant use of manipulative and unethical sales tactics, wasting my time and trust. I immediately requested my deposit back and decided to take my business elsewhere. Potential buyers should exercise extreme caution when dealing with Steve Tagye and Thompson Toyota.
