HORRIBLE!!!! My…read morehusband and I had reserved a U-Haul from 10:00-4:00 today to pick some stuff up from is childhood home that's being sold. This is the last day we can get into the house. So, he goes at 10:15 to pick up the truck and it's not there. The dude working says that someone hasn't returned the truck, and then told us that we could just call the Eddystone U-Haul to re-route our reservation. My husband asked where that is, and the guy says "YOU CAN JUST GOOGLE IT." By the way, that Eddystone location is CLOSED today. What kind of shitty person tells someone that they can't fulfill their reservation and then does absolutely, positively NOTHING to assist them. Now we're on the phone trying to call any open truck rental joint so we can get this stuff done today. 0 stars. We did NOT get what we were promised and the customer service here is PATHETIC. Thanks for nothing you stupid m'fers.

They casually mentioned they didn't have the dolly or pads to give us. Okay, fine. But they still charged us for them. Upon returning the truck, I'm being charged $250 for not returning a furniture dolly, appliance dolly, and pads. Again, we were never GIVEN these items. Not to mention, they called me while I was still using the truck and left a nasty message on my phone about how I "promised" I'd have it back already. I was still booked for a few hours at that point. DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE SCAM YOU. GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE.
