For the first time in years he was happy at the groomers. I really think a lot of it is Nel. She works with the dogs. She took her time. She let's the dogs hang out instead of crating, which our pup much prefers. We will keep going back.

Upon entering All Paws Inn, the first thing I noticed was how clean and well taken care of the place was. Even though there were quite a few dogs in there (five or so), the place did not smell like a dog...it just smelled like a normal clean house. There is also a big fenced in back yard for the dog to run around in, which we liked. Prior to using their services, the first thing they needed was to have our dog come over for the day to make sure he was a nice fit and that he got along well with the other animals. This was nice because it showed us that Nellie and Marcia (innkeepers) really took their job seriously and cared about the welfare of all the animals in their care at any one time...it wasn't just about getting the most animals they could. Thankfully our dog passed and we were able to leave him with them while we went on vacation. The care he received while we were away was excellent. When we came to pick our dog up he was happy and jumping around. He came home very tired (we could tell he had gotten a lot of exercise). I definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for a good dog sitter while they go away. We drove all the way from Warren (one hour away) to use their services, and are glad we did. After weeks of pain with no improvement and seeing other vets I was referred to Dr. MacDonell for treatment. From The moment we arrived at this clinic we felt a level of compassion and priority unlike any other vet I have ever been to. I could literally cry writing this. In only 3 acupuncture treatments my dog went from needing surgery to what seems like her previous puppy like self. It has been absolutely amazing to witness the healing from this therapy. This clinic and doctors will make you feel like you MATTER! Not just a time slot on their appointment board. The front desk and vet techs go above and beyond. Checking you out for services in the room, making sure you're comfortable and have everything you need. Everyone is positive and smiling. I will never go anywhere else again. He can be rude and uncaring. I have also noticed that he seems to prefer dogs over cats. I don't feel like veterinarians should feel this way but it's noticeable. Also, the staff of doctors used to be consistent but then there seemed to be a quick turnover. The new doctors are subpar. I had lost one of my cats who had been a patient there for quite a while and when he passed, I didn't receive a card or anything from the office. Small thing but important for pet owners. A few weeks later my other cat all the sudden couldn't stand on one of her paws and kept falling over so I made a makeshift cast for it to help give it support. I took her to the vets the next day and the vet, I don't remember her name, but she was African American. She asked me if I made that cast and I said yes. She said you did a good job. She then informed me that my cat had Cancer. What? When did this happen? I was of course devastated especially after just losing my other cat just weeks before. She says just take her home. No ideas for care nothing. She hands me the cat back and I say aren't you going to wrap her leg up again to help her stand. She says it doesn't matter anyway. It won't make a difference. I said are you crazy would you not want the doctor to wrap your leg if you couldn't walk? So cold hearted. I was done !!! never went back. Went to another vet ASAP. Also, what kind of vet has poisonous flowers right outside their entrance to the office? Insane! STAY AWAY FROM HERE!

When she sees that you can think for yourself then she starts ignoring your emails, taking your kindness for weakness, trying to make you worship the ground she walks on so she can get what she wants and when you see her after the first few times she comes off rude and says atrocious things to you. Gaslighting, manipulating and dominating. Just because someone wears a title it does not make them a normal person. Laura L. is VERY controlling and if you do not kiss her butt she will dump your pets with no thought of how this may affect them. A serious pet lover would never do this to your dog. She left ours with no post treatment because we would not refer to her as Dr. and called her by her first name in an email. She got seriously narcissistically injured by this and other things as well. No time for fools. They just really do not care about you or your pets. Its all about their EGO and $$$. We were shocked that this happened at this practice. We had high hopes but we are very disappointed in this vet. Nice front desk staff though. Gotta give some of them kudos! The problem with so many people today is they want blind trust and don't think they have to earn it. They do this and need to move quickly so you can't see how phony they are. It is a set up you want to avoid. These are our pets we are talking about. Screwed up people have no business near our pets! Always standing like Dr. Evil rubbing the bottom lip with the thumb and forefinger trying to come up with the next manipulation tactic. I do not want somebody this sinister near my pets! I will admit I was SHOCKED but then again I see right through people. Been a target all my life and you cannot fool me. Nice try though! Really did our best to work with her. Even let a few red flags go by. Can't do that with these types. They escalate everything and they insist on full power & control. Not happening. I have been…read morebringing my dogs to this groomer for a few appointments now and have loved the haircuts up until my last time. When I had went in the last time to pick them up, I was told as they were handing me back my dog, they had nicked his paw and put a little bandage over it and was told to not let him walk on cement for the next hour. When we had gotten home, we noticed it had bled through the bandage and continued to bleed on and off for the next day and ended up having to make a vet appointment the next day, and he now has to have a cone on his head for the next couple weeks. When I had called and let the groomers know that it was a lot worse than what they said, they said the owner would call me and let me know what they could do about it, since I did pay full price for his haircut as well without any reimbursement or discount off on their mistake. The owner emailed me the next day instead of calling me, saying "We know you understand as we have your signed Liability Waiver on file acknowledging a risk while being groomed." With the waiver at hand. I understand mistakes happen, but barely any remorse or even a call to me made it clear they don't value their customers. When my parents dog had gotten nicked at their groomer, they got a call in advance, a discount, and a call the next day saying sorry and checking on the dog. To not get any of these is pretty upsetting from a place that I thought I could trust my dogs at.

I stoped in here and talked with the owner Michelle who is very friendly, knowledgeable, and well experienced in dog grooming. Two weeks later I brought our playful and happy 2 1/2 yr old in who was well over due for grooming. I picked her up about 3 hours later and she looked FANTASTIC! . I was so pleased with the service Michelle provided that I made our next grooming appointment before leaving. BTW, you must provide your current vaccine records BEFORE scheduling an appointment. Also, Michelle is very reasonable with pricing and I would recommend K-9 Designs for your pet grooming needs.
