No changes to price, same time every month, no changes to service quality. Just as expected. All in all, super easy to manage the access point via the app. The hardware itself is a bit sensitive, if you hit it with the vacuum or when moving furniture, it can go into "reconnect" mode and go red for a few minutes. The girl on the phone said what we got as a deal was way too much and that there was nothing she could do. Long story short. When we go to pick out 10 channels it says there's an extra cost. We called customer service again. (6times in total that day) Asking them what is going on? They then say that on the contract on their end there are no extra channels in our contract even though we have the proof in email and that they were not going to honor the original deal and that if we wanted the 10 channels we would have to pay 115$ instead of the original deal of 89$. All in all 0 stars. Do not recommend, they lied about the contract, we spoke to 6 different reps and decided to cancel after 6 hours. We will never ever choose bell.
