The cancellation process was very smooth. I'd say Ebox customer service was one of the best. The transfer process was just one phone call. The switch to Fido was super easy and simple. Stay away from this company. Service is the worst I have ever seen…read more They made an appointment to install the modem and then never showed up . Never sent me a message or phone call or email to let me know what happened. If it wasn't for me to call the next day they would have never calked me . When I called they said the install ran late and couldn't make it but would be there today . I waited all day and again no one showed up . What a joke I had not even had any internet service from them yet as the modem wasn't even installed. i finally had to call let and argue to have that service cancelled and to send me back my money for the router. What a low rate company. Don't deal with these guys . Your bettyoff paying I little more to get better service. If I could give 0 stars I would .

The person who helped us didn't tell us to get proof so we didn't save a receipt. We should have gotten a receipt because now they are still trying to charge us for the devices even though we have already sent them back! SCAMMERS. Do not get service from this horrible company.
