The only reason I left them, was due to Ebox no longer offering Cable connections in my area. While there was a bit of confusion in the end-of-service procedures, they were very understanding and ensured fair outcome. Again, I really liked their service, and would return to them if they came back to my area of Mississauga (they still service other parts of the city)

I called them once as my download speed degraded, but it was addressed rapidly: the cable company had some works in my area and Altima used this cable service. I had good and reliable performance. Billing was straightforward, no explanation needed. It's true that I don't have phone service with them, besides Wi-Fi calling.

They then charged us for devices we had already returned, saying that we had not sent them back even though we already did. They are still trying to charge us a fee for not returning their devices to this day and they also want the previous devices that we have as well. The person who helped us didn't tell us to get proof so we didn't save a receipt. We should have gotten a receipt because now they are still trying to charge us for the devices even though we have already sent them back! SCAMMERS. Do not get service from this horrible company.
