The workers ran out of tape to secure blankets to the furniture, so i ran out to get it, though the person in charge of the workers did pay as I brought him the receipt. My biggest issue was though the truck was too small. It wasn't long before it was noticed that it was filling up very quickly and i feel this led to many issues. My dining room table, which was bought as a single piece, had to be taken apart to fit and now isn't stable, no matter how much i tighten the hardware, and the extensions rattle loudly in their compartment. It also has a few large chips in the veneer. The frame under the leather of one of my couches has been broken as well. I want to be clear that I don't think the workers are as responsible for this as the person who estimates the size of the truck, because they tried their best to fit as much in as possible and positioned furniture in manners they likely wouldn't have if they had the space. Because not everything fit, I had to rent a truck the next day to finish the job, which was extremely disappointing. Tried to contact them multiple times, no response. Should have read the reviews first.
