I called back up and the straitened the unit number but even though they told me the free month was on the account it was not. Each month I called up to find out why I was still being charged the manager Arleen said she will get it fixed this went on for 2 months she never called back to say it was not on the account. Today 5/31/23 I called and it was escalated and I guess she was trying to CYA and called and said it was never on my account I should have been told this before getting charged two month and going through the song and dance that it would be fixed. I cancelled my contract.

Unfortunately, the printer was a beast at 440 lbs. and we had no way to unload it at Jag. Instead, we drove to a moving company, which had a forklift for the job. Joan was very understanding and sweet about the whole thing.

Always helpful, always on top of things, and never makes you feel like a dumbass for asking questions.
