This shop is all about superior customer service from an owner/operator who knows what she's talking about. Great selection of knee pads, shoes, balls and a good selection of braces. She was very helpful in assisting us with choosing the right knee pads. We ended up picking up a pair of ASICS socks too. Small store but big on aloha. Came here for he first time. Use google maps and it wasn't that hard to find, although it's a small parking lot. They have almost everything you need from tights, headbands, shoes, bags, arm sleeves knee pads and everything in between. Service was excellent, just like dealing with family. read more

Aunty Candy is so awesome! She helped my daughter get ready for her 1st season of volleyball. She set her up with the right things she needed to play! I felt like she was my relative!Lol she made sure I wasn't blowing money on my daughter and she didn't want to play the whole season. My daughter is about to finish up her season this month, and She loves the game of volleyball and I think it's because aunty candy talked to her told her that she can go far! So caring and treats everyone who comes to her shop like family! I have sent so much people to her to get the volleyball gear! Even if sports authority was still here I would go to Candy's Volleyball for our volleyball needs. Support local, good prices for quality items. Candy is very knowledgeable and does not push products, instead she assist you in finding the best item that fits for you. Our daughter needed new volleyball shoes so we went here to look. Left with shoes, socks, headband and more. Hours are great and even has weekend hours for busy families. Items carried: volleyballs, vball clothes, vball shoes, socks, headbands, vball bags, shoe strings, whistles, water bottles, and much more. Check it out. read more

Bottom Line: great service from Aunty Candy, and she's got a lot of good volleyball stuff you can't get anywhere else on the island! If you're looking for volleyball shoes, knee pads, bags, or other stuff, go to see Aunty Candy. She's got a pretty good stock. Give her a call, and ask if she's got your size. Save some time from going down - but I'd recommend going to see what she has for sale. The last I checked though, she didn't sell volleyballs though! Note: She's not really my Auntie, but she likes to be called that. It's a local respect thing. :) read more

Old School, New School, Present School, whatever school... In Hawaii, it doesn't matter what era you're from; If you're a volleyball player you don't go to Sports Authority, you don't go to Champs, and you sure as heck don't go to the sports section of Walmart/Kmart or any mart for gear. You go to Candy's Volleyball Supply. Whether your just starting out or a seasoned player, visit Aunty Candy for everything volleyball. Knee Pads, Shoes, Ankle Braces, Tights, Bags... She's got it! Yep, and like other yelpers say, she's not really "my" Aunty but she treats you like family and takes care of you. She once gave me a packet of tissue paper and stack of holiday cards while shopping for Christmas! One stop shop I tell ya! Ask her about the photo collage on her front door. You'll then understand why volleyball buffs keep coming back. I call it "Aunty Candy's Wall of Fame" or photos of her extended Ohana. If you're lucky, you'll be added to it too. read more

Auntie Candy's volleyball shop came to my rescue when my husband and I were looking for volleyballs for our upcoming wedding reception at Hale Koa. Our reception theme was sports related and being that we met because of volleyball, we wanted to use volleyballs as part of our "guest book". We totally forgot to bring them with us from the mainland and started to stress out when we couldn't find any shops that carried what we needed. Thank goodness for yelp and google! Yes, it's located a little hidden from street view but once you find it, you'll be pleasantly surprised! She's got it all! Even though we weren't looking for any gear other than volleyballs, just looking around you could tell that she was well stocked for being such a small shop. I was thrilled that she had the volleyballs we wanted and also those small 4" Mikasa volleyballs (which we were planning on giving away). So, if you're looking for an excellent volleyball shop, this should be your only stop! :) read more

Great place to find your volleyball supplies. Was having a hard time finding knee pads that fit my daughter because she is so petite but Candys was the final stop because had the perfect fit. Will be back when we need any more equipment. Oh and the service was awesome also! read more

Good service and honest recommendations. She doesn't try to oversell you and really wants to be sure that you are happy with your purchases. Great for starter and serious players. So happy to have found this gem of a shop. Candy is helpful and provides great customer service! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

We love this place...quick and easy for all your volleyball equipment. Not much variety but it will do. She also has Hinano items and handmade earrings as well. What I did like was that she had a picture of Farrington Girls Varsity team in her store as well as brightly colored volleyballs for personal use. We will be back for more equipment!! read more

Located in a sort of secluded area. We just picked up a pair of Mizuno shoes, a pair of socks and some knee pads for our daughters this morning. Not much of a yelper but I gotta give this one a 5 star (if i could give more I would) for the warm hospitality, questions knowledgeably answered and a great inventory of the best volleyball gear in the market! Plus I believe this is the only Volleyball store on the island via Google! Go visit Candy, you will immediately experience sincere service! Thank you Candy!!!! read more

Candy gives amazing personal service to her customers! We were desperate to find our teen daughters a beach volleyball while on our vacation since they were missing playing volleyball while we were away. I called Candy and she put aside her last beach volleyball and even delivered it to us at our hotel! Thank you Candy for adding to the fun on our trip! You run a great business with five star service! read more

SUPERB service! Nothing but appreciation for this place. One stop shop. Has everything for the sport of volleyball. Definitely a must stop shop. Won't leave empty handed. Support Local Business!! read more

Found this place on Yelp and this very specific Vball store fully delivered. Aunty Candy is truly an Aunty and tries her best to get you what you need. Bought knee pads for my daughter and they were too small, easy to exchange. Aunty Candy let's you know that up front. She will know the league you play in and most likely one of the coaches. Parking is tight and it is hard to find the first time....but worth it. Shoe selection is good, knee pads galore and shorts are just some of what she keeps stocked. This should be your first stop. Support local businesses! read more

I'm so glad to found this little gem! Auntie was so welcoming and sweet! I finally got my knee pads and volleyball shoes. Thank you Auntie! You're the best! read more

We've been coming to Candy's for a few years now. If you need volleyball gear this is the place you come to. Forget about anywhere else. Aunty brings in some solid products. Shoes knee pads socks bags you name it. She's even got a nice selection of Hydroflask items. She's on Iolani street above the freeway near the Pacific Club above downtown. Some days parking may be tight as she shares the lot with Two Girls Who Bake Next Door but still every bit worth your while. Support this small business. You won't be disappointed. read more

I absolutely HATE driving to town!! But this place is so awesome it's totally worth the drive from Wahiawa.. First off the owner has excellent customer service!! She's very helpful and knowledgeable about products. She answered all of our questions and never made us feel pressured to buy anything. I highly recommend this place to anyone playing volleyball, young or older!! We'll definitely be back!! read more
