This is a cool spot. I never knew they had a store front but I order from them online for my candy tables all of the time. I was a little disappointed in the store front because it's very small inside some stuff was a little high but most of the candy was a good price. 20% off if you check in on any social platform. Cut entry to this "warehouse" nicely organized by color for a nice shopping experience. They also have variety of piñatas to choose from. Likely more affordable than party city. This is the place to go. If you're looking for candy for a party for a wedding it's fun the way they have everything separated and you can find it everything you need here. I haven't been there in a while but when I we have been there, everybody is very nice and very helpful I mean, why wouldn't they be they work at a candy store in the front part of the store. They have a great big, huge purple chair where you can sit and take pictures like a king or queen it's super cute and they have something for everybody guaranteed. read more

AMAZING!!! This place has everything you could possibly need and more! The staff was really friendly, The place was clean and very well laid out. The have it organized by color so everything is very easy to find. They also have a great selection of retro candy which is really fun! Lots of selections. Prices were a bit high and pictures were misleading. I bought chocolate candy I believed to be a bit old but thats not the reason for the 3 stars. I found this after seeing them on fb. One Saturday a moth they give you a free bag of 150 suckers and it happened to be the Saturday we went. I went with my 6 and 8 year old kids. They really enjoyed it. There was a lot of candy and cool purple furniture. The staff was really nice and said if we find something from their site and wanted to pick it up there they have a back area where they can get from for us. The place was smaller than I thought it would be but it wasn't too small. They also have some a lot of piñata and different glass jars for the candies. There prices seemed pretty reasonable and I was surprised when we really got 150 suckers. read more

Very bad customer service. I was looking for vegan candy and they do not have an easy way to identify it on their warehouse only on the website. I asked them if they could print the listing for me (not an infinite listing), but one of the employees said the printer will go on and on printing, implying they should not print. First time here at the candy factory warehouse. Experience with the customer service was more satisfying then expected. Person who greeted me was very informative, but also allowed us to browse the selection they have without rushing me. At the end of the transaction I was given one of there membership card both free, and able to use for my future purchases with a 20% off. Unfortunately the only thing I was unsure of was that the check in off of Yelp gave me a 20% off discount but not able to add on top of clearance items. Lastly I would have to say is that I'm not a fan of the price of their candy. Some items are cheaper at other locations, if you do end up wanting to buy any candy here make sure you do some price checks since other places could be cheaper then this place. read more

This place is so cute! They have sale shelves in the back of seasons past holiday candy, which I am not above buying for the discounted rate. They are so creative with their candy options, and have themes for any occassion. Saw elaborate valentines day and st. Pattys day candy options and decor when i was there in January. They also have a sample table. Nice spot to check out after a long wait at the DMV. read more

I appreciate the fact that they are organized in color making it easy to stay with your color scheme BUT they are extremely over priced. Liiiike the 44 ct Ring Pops were being sold for $33 when I found the 40 ct for $13.99 at a local store. I don't see how they make their overhead at these prices. I understand it's convenient but really almost $20 more! Thanks for the creativity but I'd rather get more bang for my buck. read more

The name implies dark and looming shelves filled with sugary treasures to discover with maybe the help of a sherpa, but alas, it is bright and neat. There's a fun foyer and the "warehouse" portion is a group of shiny chrome shelves stocked with candy mostly organized by color. There's more warehouse but they have people to retrieve those items. My favorite candy got discontinued but they still get 5 stars because they're awesome. Don't forget to check out the sample table on the way out! read more

This place is great for the convenience of a one-stop-shop candy store and especially for unique, novelty candy. Ordering from Candy Warehouse is ideal if you're doing huge orders for weddings or parties or if placing small orders (and live locally) and want to pick up from their Long Beach location. They only do wholesale orders, whether you order online and they ship to you or order online and pick up at their warehouse in Long Beach. They don't have a store to peruse and shop. I placed a small order and prices were comparable. They were cheaper than retail stores and prices were similar to Amazon. I chose to order online through Candy Warehouse because I needed the item sooner than when Amazon was going to deliver. Ordering online was simple and easy. I chose to pick up in store so I can save on shipping fees. They sent a confirmation email that the order was ready for pickup within a few business days of placing my order. Drawn by both curiosity and the smell of chocolate, I walked over to talk with him. "We have candy in here that is better than what you can get in the theater...and it's a lot cheaper too". Hmmmm.....I was skeptical, being the Milk Duds fanatic that I am. "Okay, you are on...prove it". This kid (and I mean kid, I don't know if he could even drive yet) proceeded to school me on all things chocolate! And better yet, he let me try one of almost everything! I ended up walking out with a half pound mixture of chocolate dipped brownie bits, chocolate covered almonds and oreo cookies dipped in fudge. As I was paying for the candy, he helpfully reminded me that they sold sodas too, and again they were much cheaper than the movies. I think at that point if he would have told me they had pigs that could fly for sale, I probably would have bought one of those too. I spent the next several hours adrift in a sea of chocolate bliss while I oohed and ahhed over the Joker.

For $115 per person, I don't think it's fair that you're practically having a tasting in a candy store. It would have been better if the tasting was in a separate area from where customers couldn't come buy the desserts. The tasting was good and as I said, you could tell time and effort had been put into it, I just feel as though the price does not equate to the experience. As stated below, there are better tastings for a cheaper cost. I understand that celebrities have experienced the same thing which adds a sense of luxury, but I'm paying for quality, not previous exposure.

The only downside I noticed was the lack of staff available on the sales floor. If you're just browsing, that's not a big issue, but if you need help finding a specific item, it maybe difficult to get assistance since the only employees I saw during my visit were working at the cash registers. Overall, it's a fun store to explore, especially if you enjoy discovering unique items that are difficult to find anywhere else.
