My first time at the Candy Warehouse and the service was great. Unfortunately because of the pandemic you can't walk the entire warehouse yet. But you can shop on line and their employees are very helpful. I was assisted by Kayta and a young man at the entrance. He was very helpful. I will be back. read more

My husband, who is a dentist ( go figure....), takes mr every year for my birthday. And, yesterday was ' MY DAY'. if you sleep eat & dream ' CANDY', like I do, you must visit the candy warehouse. Every color, every flavor that your heart could desire. the cutie ' Katiya' helped me cuz decisions are SO difficult here. I really want 2 of everything. One year my husband dressed up like Willy Wonka at the store for my bday surprise. Due to Covid restrictions they no longer have the dress up station. If you want a smile on your face and in your heart, you MUST see & taste the candy warehouse. You have been warned..... read more

I have purchased candy from this location plenty of times and ive always had a pleasant experience. But the last time i went to purchase some goodies i asked 2 workers for help finding some candy and they assited me and gave me pricing so i walked to the front of the store to purchase all of my goodies but the candy was ringing up way more than what the (sign and two other employees) had listed. The girl upfront walked to the back with me to see the lower pricing listed as well after seeing the proof shes all im not selling the candy to you for that price. Im all well you should honor what you had posted she went back and forth with me stating she will not honor the price and the two girls who helped me were new employees and listed the candy incorrectly (how is that my fault) lol so then she changes her mind and says she will honor it. She rings everything up and then says u know what im not honoring the price. I said to MYSELF wtf why would you tell me you will only to change your mind again. She told me idc im not honoring and now you are cursing at me ( which i wasnt my natural reaction to her saying she will honor the price and than changing her mind after she scanned everything made me say wtf i never cursed at HER or went off or anything i was calm and pretty nice) i decided not to purchase what she would not honor because that was pretty terrible customer service i asked for the managers number she would not give it to me. I will NEVER shop here again and others should not as well. read more

Came here in February for my daughters first birthday goodies. The employees are awesome and the color coordinated aisles were heaven! Loved this place! Most certainly will be back for all our parties. Beats the drive to LA any day! read more

Update the manger reached out to me to resolve the issue with the defective product and gave me a refund.

Wow! What a selection. Went to pick up some candy for a diy candy bar for my daughter's Sweet 16. Huge warehouse, small showroom. Candy is organized by color and there is a wide variety. If you can't find something you want, just log in to their computer and search away. Prices were fairly high, but then again you are buying in bulk. The customer service rep who assisted us was very sweet and helpful. I would recommend this business to friends & family. read more

OMG This place is amazing! Candy in every color for every occasion! Super nice and helpful staff! Local and convenient!

Love the Wonka theme! It really gets u hipped up and the couches in the lobby makes the entrance very welcoming. The way they made that corner of the warehouse into a candy store open to the public Is really cool. The store is small but they have it really organized and clean. The options the store offers is great for candy bars due to the fact they have lots of options with small candies which is where they hold most the color options as well. They have what you'll need for last minute set ups like candy bars or if you just want to have a fun experience shopping for candy, however, the prices on some of the candies is a bit high compared to other retail stores. The price you pay for candy if you were to be working on a last minute candy bar is decent, but if your looking to fill up a piñata bring your wallet full! The girl working there is really friendly and gives great customer service, I asked her about a candy I didn't see out there and she took the initiative to double check on the computer to see if they carried it, lucky me they did have it but it was on the back. She grabbed what I needed so I'm glad I asked before walking out. When u buy in store you get a 20% off which is SWEET ;-). You can also order on line. Oh and they don't leave you with your mouth watering over the candy options, by the exit door they have a small display for u to get a sugar fix! The store does have a good amount of candy options so if your a chocolate person you might not find as much variety. The 4 stars is for presentation, organization, variety and customer service, the missing star is for the prices. read more

Do not come here for your candy needs. This establishment is nothing more than an extremely overpriced organization that marks up average candy to an outrageous value after slapping their stolen-stock-photo-logo onto the cheap bags (a box of generic lollipops retails for $48.00 here). This organization's marketing team is the only thing that is impressive, for they market their "warehouse" as a candy extravaganza that offers an extreme and endless variety. In their advertisements and social media posts, they boast "endless" choices and a selection of over "6,000" different kinds of candy. By walking into their miniature facility it is very clear that there is no way there could possibly be any more than 100 different types of candy, for the same candy simply repeats in all three of their aisles. That's right, the highly esteemed candy "warehouse" only has three mediocre aisles of candy, where some candy is expired according to a cheaply made sign that hangs on their wall. Do not go here. The organizers are clearly are willing to lie to their customers in order to make a quick buck. Go to party city where the same exact selection of candy is priced correctly and more convenient to your needs. This facility should be forgotten for its failure to provide an accurate and healthy experience. read more

I'm leaving out of town next Tuesday and needed everything in my order no later than Monday. I gave this place a call and was fortunate to get Colleen. She was very helpful, helped me find exactly what I wanted. She helped me find all but 1 item that wont be available until Tuesday (i'll be out of town then) She made my order process smooth and will definitely be ordering in the future! Great news is that I wont have to wait until Monday, my order will be ready by tomorrow!!!! read more

Love the variety of candy and how everything is color coordinated , definitely coming back !

Just received my order from Candy Warehouse THE NEXT DAY!!! The candy was very well packed. I'm diabetic, so candy is only a tiny bit once in awhile (should be not at all, but ...). These are peanut butter bars from my childhood! So delicious. Okay, confession. I received my vitamins and protein bars from Vitacost yesterday (the best prices!). The Vitacost box has remained unopened. The Candy Warehouse box was opened as soon as I received it. Yum! read more
