Today though, was a treatment that went above and beyond anything I had experienced before. I have been getting massages with Shanna for over a year now and I finally feel like I have found the person who knows my aches and pain. I can always trust when I go to her, she will get that kink out of the shoulder, hips wherever. For the past two months I have been dealing with horrible pain in my top part of my foot, went to urgent care, my foot doctor, got xrays and all they could tell me was it was probably arthritis flareup. I went today and ended up upgrading to a 90min deep tissue massage and Shanna went to town. It was the most painful yet wonderful massage I have had yet. As they say, no pain no gain. What I gained back was the fluid movement in my ankle, the pain 95% reduced and my whole body feeling like it could move again. THANK YOU so much Shanna for your time and your patience with me. You have a client for life! PS: It takes an exception experience for me to leave a review, and this was definitely worth it.

I've been getting laser treatments on my armpits and a Brazilian, and I was so nervous to start the Brazilian process because I wasn't sure it would be effective. Sureeta, however, made me feel completely at ease throughout the experience, which isn't exactly pleasant. Trust me, it gets less painful with each session, so hang in there! One thing that stands out is how clean and well-maintained the clinic is--it immediately puts you at ease and reassures you about the process. The results have been amazing: my armpit hair is completely gone, and the Brazilian area is nearly hair-free--I think one more session will do the trick. It's worth noting that this is a long process; treatments are done monthly, so patience is key. But honestly, I wish I'd done this years ago because not having to shave is a game-changer! Not only do they excel at laser hair removal, but they also offer eyebrow threading--and they do an excellent job! It's a great option for keeping your brows looking sharp. A tip for newcomers: they have great Groupon deals, but if you call or visit them directly, they'll honor the same pricing. That's a nice little perk.

WARNING: No laser-rated eye protection provided. Told "it's 3D so you don't need it." That is…read morefalse. I purchased a 6-session laser hair removal package (Soprano Titanium) through Groupon. During both of my sessions, I was never given laser safety eyewear. When I asked about eye protection, staff told me it wasn't necessary because the machine is "3D." After my second session, I researched the device. The "3D" in Soprano Titanium refers to its three wavelengths (755nm / 810nm / 1064nm) -- it has nothing to do with eye safety. In fact, the 1064nm wavelength can reach the retina, and the manufacturer specifies laser-rated eye protection for patients as standard. Every reputable clinic provides it. This one didn't, and worse, gave me a made-up explanation when I asked. If a facility cuts corners on something as basic as eye protection -- and confidently gives customers false safety information -- I can't trust anything else about their safety practices: machine settings, maintenance, staff training, any of it. I cancelled my remaining 4 sessions. I couldn't get a refund through Groupon and had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Do your research. Your eyes don't grow back.
