Smooth, rich, and exactly what I needed to power through the day. I guess the only difference is the layout of the store. Speaking to that, this is a fairly small Starbucks. It has some interior seats along one of the walls, and a couple of two-person tables near the front of the store. It does have some very nice outdoor seating. So, weather permitting, it's a nice place to sit back and enjoy your Starbucks whatever. This is a drive-through Starbucks. So, a good percentage of their business is people that come here for that reason and not to sit down and enjoy the drink inside/or outside. So, if you want a Starbucks has to offer, and you want to either drive-through or grab it inside, this is a place to do just that.

They sell green coffee and sent some samples as part of the roaster sale. Roaster price was competitive. Their website is easy to use. Since I was new to coffee roasting, I figured I'd buy green coffee from Burman, until I found more sellers; but, I haven't changed sellers. I'm sure there are other good ones out there. But Burman has been very responsive, has a great online POS system, good info about the beans they sell, and the one time I had a questions, I received a prompt response. As I learn more about green beans, I'm pretty certain Burman is providing the best quality -- and, they have an awesome variety. After a while, you want to pick a few goto's, but its hard with Burman -- Its like a candy store. I've been happy with their BCT Espresso green blend as a good all around coffee. Then I like the Bob-o-link from Brazil. Also Ethiopian Asikana Birbir Sololiya Org. Natural Gr 1, and Papua New Guinea Carpenter Estates Sigri Kula PB. Highly recommend purchasing with them. They offer various shipping options, so you have some control of the shipping price. They keep you up to date on the shipment. Great products, great service. Wish I lived in WI.

A few weeks ago i ordered 2 quad hot caramel macchiatos but after I drove away I discovered neither one had any caramel in them. So I drove back and told them there was no caramel and could they please put it in. They told me they would put some more in. They didn't apologize at all. I told them there was none in it and they kept saying they would put "more" in. I was getting a bit perturbed that they were implying that they had put it in and would now add more and I must be mistaken when I said there was none. When I insisted that there was absolutely no caramel in them, one girl rolled her eyes and said again they would put more in. I spent almost $14 for no caramel so I was getting upset at the attitude and finally said "are you calling me a liar? There is no effing caramel in them at all!" She then says she won't be serving me because I was so angry and I left with my $14 worth of coffee flavored milk. I threw them out when I got back home and vowed never to ever go back to MOKA. The owner lost about $3000/year because of these terrible employees. The way they treated a longtime customer that had spent so much money there was very upsetting. I will never go there again and will badmouth MOKA to anyone that will listen until the day I die.
