However, the actual drink I got was really underwhelming. The tea, even at full sugar, felt really bland, and the milk almost tasted expired... I couldn't finish the drink by the end of the night. I have heard about this place for a long time and have been wanting to experience it. I'm surprised that this has such low ratings. My husband and I stopped by while running errands to see what all the hype was about. It didn't disappoint. The cute containers they have are adorable. The different flavors are great especially if you are looking to keep it nondairy. You use a kiosk to order. We received our drinks promptly and enjoyed it. The store was very modern store. All orders are through self service kiosk. The store is located in a nice location. Strawberry crunch shake was one my drinks. It was good, except I dont like the crunch element was an artificial flavored sugar pieces. Butterfly lavender lemonade was my other item. Lavender flavor should have been stronger. read more

I really like the idea of Candy Cloud, but be warned - it is VERY sugary! You have to be in the mood for something super sweet when you go. I like that the beverages come in the cutest little sealed containers. There are a lot of different flavors you can choose from, and I opted for the Blue Coconut Lemonade, and it was delicious! I added some boba, which I am always a huge fan of, and it really hit the spot. I don't frequent Greenway Station as much as I used to, so I probably won't make this place a regular stop for me, but I definitely plan to be back! It's super yummy. read more

I love candy cloud. They have so many fun and unique drinks that are great. Seasonal specials are also fun to see and try. Most of the drinks I have had from here are great. Awesome location to grab a drink and walk around at the nearby shops. Mood inside is clean, modern, esthetic. Staff are always nice and the service is relatively fast. I was in the area and decided to stop by this place. A lot of drinks to choose from. From coffee, tea, frappe, refreshers, lemonades, and milk tea. I ended up getting the specialty drink called the purple potion. I got it for the ube. But it tasted more like marshmallows. I'll have to come back and try other things on the menu. read more

A new favorite!! Candy Cloud makes a fantastic boba milk tea and matcha. We are especially obsessed with the milk tea frappe with oatmilk and boba. Prices are fair, and the service is phenomenal. Online ordering through the app makes it a super quick stop--I've never had to wait for a drink. The unsweetened milk + boba is the perfect sugar level. Boba is consistent and the right amount. With it being an established chain from Chicago and with the high price, I had higher expectations for this spot. Nicely nestled in Greenway Crossing, it has a nice new light aesthetic interior. The space feels a little off-balanced w a good 3/4 for their very roomy kitchen, leaving a small L shape seating area out front. Ordered an ube oat (no tea) and DIY lemonade (dragonfruit and peach) -- both so watery, half the cup was just ice and sugar. Boba was average, no fragrance or brown sugar flavor. Seems like this spot is just hyped with the fun colors, will not return when I am craving boba. read more

I usually love my experience here but today I ordered on the app but it said it didn't go through , so I came into the store and ordered! I noticed that it in fact did go through and charged me. I called the store to explain my mishap and apologized for the inconvenience and the store manager Samantha was quite rude about how now she has wasted product and just this time she would fix it. I was quite shocked in the response as I am usually someone who wouldn't have said anything and just came in got it. Not a great experience and I'm sad that I don't want to shop there again! read more
