It was an incredibly intricate job and the crew did amazing. They run like a well oiled machine and or so careful. They were mindful of my property, as well as that of the surrounding area. So, when we had a tree fall on our sheds in the backyard During yesterday's crazy winds, I knew this was the company to call. I fully intended to leave a message, but Jason, the owner, actually answered, and was able to come by within hours to survey the damage and provide an estimate. And, his crew was back today to complete the job! Jason is an awesome owner. In addition, Alfredo, who is my main point of contact for the crew, was great. Super knowledgeable and professional, but very friendly and energetic. I felt so bad because it's so cold out today and they didn't act like it phased them at all. I actually recommended this company to my neighbor, and she's already scheduled them to come out and remove a tree in her yard! This is an amazing locally owned business run by honest and ethical people who are very fairly priced. I cannot recommend them enough.

Being naive first-time home buyers, we thought how expensive could that be, we can handle it. Boy was I wrong...I had no idea how expensive tree removal could be. After receiving estimates from other companies I was, for lack of a better word, heartbroken. In a million years I would have never thought that tree removal could be so expensive (I know I'm starting to sound redundant) but really, you could buy a used car for cheaper. I was starting to think the tree removal business was a big racket, until we happen upon D&D Tree Removal. They were friendly and unpretentious. They have that mom and pop shop feel with serious machinery to take care of the toughest jobs. The tree I had in my front yard looked like the tree from Poltergeist. They charged me 50% less then what the other guys wanted to charge me. 50% LESS! So thank you, D&D Tree Removal for being a company with integrity.

I looked them up and discovered that nearly all of the ten or so companies that came by were from out of state. I researched, found Black Anchor, saw that they are local, and am very happy I went with them. They were great from beginning to end. Every single person I met on their team was courteous, pleasant and professional. I can't really imagine being any happier with this company and their work, and that's rare for me to say. If they did it all for free that might make me a little more happy but I guess that's a little unrealistic so I won't hold it against them. But they patiently helped and worked with us throughout the process, answering all our questions and helping us make sure that all the storm damage on our home was identified and addressed appropriately. And that damage in our case went beyond just damage to our roof, but also to downspouts, metal accents on the exterior of our home, window screens and more. Black Anchor helped us with all of that. They tore off our old roof and replaced it with the new roof using architectural shingles in one day. They were focused and efficient and have been a pleasure to work with all along the way. You can tell they really want to do a good job for their customers and I see why their ratings are so high here. I could go on but I think you get the picture. In short, I highly recommend Black Anchor Roofing. It seems to me like a great company that does great work and that is run by a great group of guys.
