Mid-Shore Exteriors is a great company to do business with. This company is owned by husband and wife, Brian and Sarah Faulkner. They both were very professional, courteous, and took the time to answer any questions my husband or myself had. When Mr. Faulkner came to our house to inspect our roof, he got on the roof to check everything out and took measurements. He also walked around the outside of the house with us to inspect things from the ground. He told us what they proposed to do, how they would do it, and asked if we had any questions. We received a detailed, easy to understand proposal within days, and it contained everything we had discussed. They were at our house to do our project at the time and date they gave us. It was immediately obvious this was an experienced crew. They worked non stop, except for a lunch break, and continued working until the entire project was complete. It was well after 7pm when they left. They put large tarps on the ground around our house to protect our yard. They had a large piece of equipment called a roof buggy, that all of the things that were removed from our roof ( shingles, tar paper, old plywwood, etc) went into. We are extremely happy with the quality of the products used, the professional workmanship of the crew.... and we LOVE our roof. We would DEFINITELY hire this company again. Mid-Shore did a superb job in replacing the roof on our former home in Easton Maryland. Because we now live in Oregon all of our contact was by e-mail or telephone and Brian and Sarah kept us well informed of the work's progress and sent us pictures that showed what was being done and what issues needed to be dealt with during the roof work. They also sent us pictures from which we were able to select the new shingle color. I obtained three other bids before using Mid Shore, and not only was Mid-Shore's price more reasonable, they were more responsive to me in every respect than the other firms.They also did the work more quickly than the other bidders were willing to commit. Mid Shore is a stellar company. I am more than happy with the work provided. At the suggestion of Brian with a color choice, the roof onsets my house and has brought a whole new life to the aesthetics. They called when they found a problem due to the satellite dish and offered to remove it and dispose of it for me. Mid Shore was extremely responsive every time we reached out to them. They were able to schedule our free quote to replace our roof just a few days after we called.
