They completed a second-story addition in Mardela Springs, replaced the roof on my parents' home in Hebron, and have handled several roof replacements in Salisbury, MD. Every job has been done quickly, professionally, and at a very fair price. One thing that really stands out is how easy they are to work with--especially when it comes to insurance claims for roofing work. They help guide the process and make things much less stressful for homeowners. The crews are efficient and respectful of the property, and the cleanup is always impressive--no nails, no debris, nothing left behind. If you're in the Salisbury or Wicomico County area and need a reliable roofing contractor, I'd definitely recommend giving Precision Exteriors a call.

There was no sales pressure, and I decided a few days later via text. Phillip took care of everything else from there with a few emails. The price was right. Less than a week later Willian and a helper showed up and got to work. After a little conversation I went into the house and 2 hours and 53 minutes later the job was done (93 linear feet of gutters). One thing I have to state is, Willian showed up on trash day. I moved my trashcan down the street a little as to not disturb their work. When the trashman came I was waiting, and he asked me for a bottle of water. Before I could go in the house, Willian hopped in the back of his truck and got 3 for the trashmen. Enough cannot be for how awesome this was! Highly Recommend!!! Wayne Owens

I hired Bill Addison Painting to paint my garage. He initially quoted $2,500, which included fixing…read morethe walls and making them look nice before painting. Since I'm not familiar with painting or wall repair, I asked my boyfriend--who has 25 years of construction experience--to speak with him about the scope and cost. My boyfriend, who is currently stationed overseas, was able to negotiate the price down to $1,800. Bill claimed that $600 of that was just for materials. Given that cost, I expected the walls to be properly prepped, primed with drywall primer, and imperfections repaired. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. While I appreciate that his team removed the old shelving, they left the hose mount on the wall and got paint on the door frame. They also failed to leave me the extra paint I had paid for, which I needed to address missed spots and repairs. I reached out to Bill via text three times. He initially said he would bring the extra paint but then stopped responding. I ultimately had to take a piece of damaged wall to Sherwin-Williams to get a color match and fix it myself. To make matters worse, when I expressed my concerns and asked him to speak with my boyfriend directly, he was dismissive and unprofessional. I've since had other painters look at the job, and they agreed I was overcharged for the quality of work delivered. Lesson learned: If you decide to hire this company, make sure you're either knowledgeable about painting or have someone experienced with you to avoid being taken advantage of--especially when it comes to labor and material costs.

All Exteriors did my parents roof a few years ago and they loved the job they did. I didn't think ours would be hail damaged since our roof was just a couple of years old. Boy was I wrong! We had damage to both our shingled roof and metal roof and needed a complete replacement. All Exteriors made this process so easy. Bill, the owner is an extremely experienced roofer who knows his stuff when it comes to insurance jobs. There are some sketchy companies from out of town (and some local) that will over promise and under deliver. Using a company where the owners/management actually have hands-on roofing experience is so crucial when it comes to your home. We could not be more thrilled with what a difference getting our roof redone has made to the appearance of our house. If you live in Easton where we had that terrible hailstorm in May, I urge you to have All Exteriors come do a free roof inspection for you! You'd be surprised what damage you may have.
