I called AC Paving to resurface a portion of my driveway due to tree roots and I must say the manager Joel Cooper worked with me to ensure his crew would do a great job and what a great job they did! I was extremely pleased! Joe was very professional, helpful, and made the entire process easy from start to finish. My driveway looks great - no more root problem. Thank you, Joel, and thank you to your crew of men - they did a phenomenal job. I highly recommend AC Paving read more

We contracted with AC paving to dig out our old cement path and patio and make them new and they did a beautiful job. Chad's design was excellent. The stamped pavement looks like stones. They are gracefully curved. The company also replaced a small wooden deck. The workers were skilled and cleaned up after themselves well. They were always open to questions, seemed to enjoy working together, and took pride in their work. I highly recommend this company for concrete work. read more

Half of my driveway was at least 30+ years old and the addition to it was added 25 years ago and had a dip in the middle that grew grass and weeds as did the crumbling sides. The city installed an apron at the end that conformed to that ugly dip as well and I hated it. Anyone that knows me will testify I'm a VERY picky perfectionist and was highly skeptical of any company being able to create anything nice from such a poor example to start with. That being said, here is my review of AC paving: Joel came by before any of the other companies and explained the whole process and answered MANY questions and concerns to my satisfaction. The team worked as an efficient well oiled machine transforming an ugly wore out driveway into a thing of beauty. AC paving exceeded my expectations showing their highly skilled workmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail. On time, decent pricing, left the property cleaner than when they found it with total commitment to complete customer satisfaction. I WILL refer AC paving to anyone wanting a premium paving service since they were actually able to please "ME" ... read more

Looking for a professional, efficient, communicative, detail-oriented, paving company that will exceed your expectations while "crafting" your driveway? Then you should contact AC Paving LLC in Odenton. Yesterday, we had our extensive driveway repaved; it also had some complicated features that required special attention, and we received it. We worked with the owner, Asia Cooper, and it was clear that he was dedicated to our complete satisfaction as customers. His responsiveness to our questions was immediate and detailed. His crew was able to complete our driveway in a single day, and at a fantastic price. Also, many of our neighbors had their driveways repaved by AC Paving last week as well, and they reported the same level of satisfaction. Watch the crew as they work, and it will become more than obvious that each member of the team is very good at what they do. The only regret that we have is that we only have one driveway to pave. Don't look any further; this is the company for you! read more

After searching for asphalt companies to replace our drive, we found three for a quote. A/C Asphalt was the first. (Another was scheduled for the next day.) Chad arrived on time and gave a quote after measuring the drive. When I stated I was still waiting on additional quotes, he reduced his original quote. The next day I received a call from Joey (?) with another reduced quote. I checked with another company. Then did a search online for cost. After reading reviews online, I accepted A/C Asphalt's quote. The arrive on time and did a great job. Even cleaning the yard. I am very happy with the service and will recommend to others. read more

Our driveway millings had started to wash away. We were considering getting our driveway done with asphalt but thought we could not afford it. One day, AC Paving put a placard on our front door and we called. I reached out and within two days they were calling and scheduling a visit. The AC Paving representative was extremely professional. He measured our driveway and gave us a quote. Within two days the worked began. We enjoyed the entire process. All of the people who worked on the project was courteous. If I were not afraid of the dark I would take a blanket and sleep on our driveway, that is how much I love it. Thanks AC Paving!!!! read more

AC Pavers are "Absolutely excellent! With a level of professionalism and great quality work." I met with Chad Hokins (the representative for AC Paving) to explain my driveway paving needs. Mr. Hopkins was extremely straightforward with his information and very honest and accurate with the companies ability to address my situation. I share with Mr. Hopkins that I need the work done yesterday (meaning) I need it done right away. MR. Hopkins delivered everything he said he would. He had a whole crew at my home in an hour with the best equipment in the business and highly qualified workers. They were proficient, professional, and very polite. I highly, highly recommend AC Pavers to anyone who is serious about receiving top quality work and skillful employees who know exactly how to do the job and help maintain or improve the value of your home. They are excellent!! read more

Saw their signs in the neighborhood. I wanted to reseal my driveway and add a ramp to the road (vs the curb drop off I have now). They got back to me within 24 hours and were able to complete the job a day later. They did an excellent job. I highly recommend them. read more

I would highly recommend AC Paving. We looked into different companies for the job and Joel, an AC Paving representative, was by far the most professional and responsive. The job was done within a day and the quality was top notch. You can really tell they take pride in their work and will go above and beyond for their customers. We love our driveway and are now the envy of the neighborhood. Look no further than AC Paving for your driveway needs. read more

I am disappointed with AC Paving. I called for an estimate on a top seal job at my home. I was told several times (after I made repeated phone calls) that I would have a quote "soon". I never received a quote, nor a return phone call. I would not recommend AC Paving to anyone. read more

AC Paving was in the neighborhood at a neighbor's house and stopped by to give us a business card. George eyeballed an estimate from the door. I got couple other estimates before calling him to make sure it was in the right ballpark. Once he gave me the formal estimate, it was within 10% of the rough guess. To his credit, my driveway was probably not done right the last time and there was a significant amount of damage that was not visible until you pulled up some of the top layer. I had put this off for a long time. He ran down the procedure for me which included a water runoff test. I think one of the issues I had with the old driveway was pooling water which led to cracking and deterioration, so it was good to hear that they did that. Anyway, he did the prep work that night and came back the next day. The work was done before I got home, so I didn't get to watch the big machines with the kids. I did get to talk to him as he was still on site doing our other neighbor's house too. He gave me a couple tips and left an asphalt handbook for us. Nice guy, family business. No complaints. read more

***updated*** Sell but don't deliver. I went on their website to schedule an estimate. The owner's son called me back as soon as I hit the enter key and arranged to come out the same day! A half hour later a salesperson called in response to my inquiry and I told him I had already spoken to the owner's son. Great job on responding to sales inquiries. So he came out at the arranged time, looked over the job, said he was in the area working already and could save me a ton of money and wrote up the estimate. Said he'd have it done by the end of the week. Whoa! Slow down! I'm still going to get one more estimate before I make a decision and I'll call and let you know. I wanted to be clear because I had read the entire complaint about this company on BBB website. Well I decided to use them and called The Next Day and told the girl on the phone my name, address and phone number, that I accepted the proposal and to do the work at the next available opening. She said OK, that she would pass on the message. Estimate on Wednesday May 4, accepted on Thursday May 5. No call back. Well, it's been raining a record number of days in a row. Maybe they don't work in the rain? Called again on Thursday May 12, same info but that no one had called and this was my second call for scheduling. Same response, she would pass on the message. Nothing. Nada. Zip. It's now Wednesday May 25 so I guess after the holiday weekend I will have to call some other company. Fine sales pitch. Zero delivery. Guess they moved on from my area? I guess I'll never know. ***update*** Owner called within hours of posting my one star review. If only his answering service was was as efficient as his marketing team. Immediately addressed the problem and within 24 hours the repair to my driveway is complete. The work was done well, done quickly and done neatly. I'll bump them up to four stars. read more

AC Paving was replacing a neighbor's driveway and the owner of the company was with the crew. He stopped at my house to ask if I was interested in getting my driveway resurfaced (the existing drive was in good condition, but beginning to get cracks and crumble a bit on the edges). I got the driveway resurfaced and am very impressed with the quality of the job that was done and with the customer service. Every single person on the crew was polite and friendly; the foreman took the time to explain things to me and checked with me a couple times during the course of the job. They cleaned up the entire driveway area AMAZINGLY well after they were done. I like working with local companies. Highly recommend AC Paving. read more

I was recommended A. C. Paving Company of Millersville, MD by a friend of mine. He had done extensive research on a reputable paving contractor in the Anne Arundel area. He chose A.C. Paving and was pleased with their work and recommended them to me. I, too, was very satisfied with their work. My driveway was in poor condition with cracks and parts broken away and I wanted to widen it. I called A.C. and they promptly returned my call and came over the same day to give an estimate and were able to do the work that day. They were professional, detail oriented, fair priced, and went above and beyond the job requirements to complete the work. I highly recommend this company. read more

After getting a couple of quotes the last couple years to do some work on our driveway, we settled on AC Paving out of Annapolis. Curtis stopped by & gave us a quote while explaining our options. We agreed over the weekend and let him know by Monday. The crew was there that Friday when scheduled & did a great job. The task was completed timely & well-done. read more

I called in August for an estimate and they never called back to schedule. Last week two neighbors contracted them and a salesman knocked on my door to "apologize for the heavy equipment in the neighborhood". I told him that I had contacted them and never heard back. He apologized and offered to do an estimate on the spot. He said I needed a whole new driveway which would cost $6800, but if I did it today while they had their equipment in the neighborhood, they could do it for $5000. I had just had an estimate for $650 from another firm and my driveway is not in very bad condition, just a few cracks and in need of sealcoating. So I can only assume he thought I was born yesterday or that as a woman that I wouldn't know any better. Well, think again AC Paving. Beware of these shysters! Don't know why my town says San Francisco(?) I am legit and I live in Davidsonville, MD read more

We are usually quite weary when it comes to hiring a contractor for any jobs around the house. However, AC Paving made this a truly pleasant experience for us! They not only responded to our request for an estimate in a timely manner, but also took the time to explain to us what to expect as well. Their price was very reasonable and the quality of work was exceptional! There is a certain comfort in being able to look at a completed project and feel 100percent satisfied. We would highly recommend AC Paving for any residential/business paving project. The workers were both prideful and precise in their work. read more

I called AC Paving for an estimate, since they had a A+ rating with the BBB, and they also serviced Calvert County. I was given 2 estimates. Once for resealing and the other for a paving overlay.
