Three stars just because everyone who works there is sooo nice. But I'm truly disappointed. My carpet still has chocolate milk stains on it. My couch still feels crusty in some spots (son spilled yogurt on it a few weeks ago) and my bedroom still has dog urine stains as well. The price is very steep here compared to other places, like double what I've paid in the past and the end result is really just...okay. I can't say it was worth the price I paid. read more

We haven't had our carpeting professionally cleaned for 8+ years. The last time was done by a major cleaning company that uses lots of steam (water) to get the dirt out. They did a mediocre job and soured us on professional cleaning (in general). It was time for a deep cleaning. After researching the different companies and cleaning methods, we decided to try Bay Breeze Chem-Dry as they were very helpful explaining their cleaning process, which doesn't use any steam (which isn't good for wood flooring), and they set up a convenient appointment day/time for the job. The techs showed up as agreed to, and were friendly, quick to explain the cleaning process, were thorough in the prep of each room to be cleaned (vacuum, move furniture, etc.), and they were conscientious in bringing their cleaning equipment and hoses into the house. After a couple hours of diligent work, the carpets were incredibly clean, looked almost like new, and even some tough set-in spots were removed. Smells so clean and fresh. Better yet, the carpeting was nearly dry by the time the techs finished the job--wow! After an inspection walk-thru the techs wrapped up the job, all furniture returned to its rightful position (mostly), cleaning equipment removed and no left-over mess(es) for us to clean up. Bay Breeze Chem-Dry is a definite repeat, and a strong recommendation to anyone needing an excellent professional carpet cleaning for a reasonable price. read more

Chem Dry did an awesome job from the time of booking my carpet cleaning to the follow up call to see if we were satisfied with the work. They cleaners called 30 minutes before arrival. They were very professional, polite, and most impressive honest. We booked the pet check, after looking at the carpet with their special light they said they didn't think we needed to spend the extra money. Not often you find that! The first time we used Bay Breeze, it was to clean our furniture which was soiled from our cat and dog sitting on the furniture. I had doubts it would truly come clean, but the sofa and two chairs looked new. The second time we had Bay Breeze come to the house was to do the steps to our upper level and the steps to the lower level. The steps to the lower level were filthy. We had a new hot water heater, furnace and air conditioning unit installed. Unfortunately the day they came to do this, it had rained. We had 6 men going in and out of the lower level removing the old units and installing the new. They were here 7 hours. We just had our first experience with Bay Breeze and it was terrific! They are thorough, detail oriented and absolutely dedicated to getting the job done correctly and leaving the customer totally happy. Not only did they take the time necessary to identify the source of stains and clean our carpets so that they look like new, they also spent additional time to hand clean a well-used chair which was not on the work order - and at a very reasonable cost.
