They left the yard so clean that you wouldn't have even known they had been there. We've used them for the original roof several years ago and new siding a couple years ago. The prices were very reasonable. I hope we don't need to call them any time soon, but I would if I needed similar services. I know they're supposed to be but they were great before the sale. The sales team kept in touch, came out to walk us through the process. They even stopped by to pick up a check. And it didn't feel pushy or sleazy. I felt like they genuinely wanted to serve us.

Victor came out and conducted a garage attic inspection using a tall ladder ceiling hatch. He didn't enter the lighted attic but just did a visual inspection using a flashlight. After his inspection, Victor claimed one side of my roof needed an asphalt roofing patch. What he didn't tell me was that, five to six feet from his attic ladder inspection, was an extremely obvious water pipe leak that had created black fungus on nearby wood. So obvious you could easily view without a flashlight. So what we have here is deceiving a possible customer by telling him he has a roofing leak when, in reality, a plumber was needed to correct the interior water pipe leak. Thus, my one-star rating, which actually should be lower.

They were ordered, installed by their crew and in one day "out a here". Start to finish 8-10 weeks. Been living in my house 44 years now. I will not live to see these windows replaced. No problems now two years later, still function like new. Am getting 10 more windows from them this winter, great, easy, no problems. My experience with windows is double panes are better in the long run. Another brand, not to be named fogged after 4 years!! With triple panes--I have had a middle pane break inside the sandwich--how in the world? Stick with double panes!! But if you are looking for a fair window at fair prices and do not expect 75 years out of the. Window World is a sure thing for value. Kirk W. Darlington, Md.

The week before Christmas, I still had not heard anything and called. I was told the door had not come in, but would be received that week. As of today, 01-09-2026, I still had not heard anything, so I called. I was told the door only came in yesterday, but there is only one person they use as an installer. Subsequently, I was not yet given an install date. Do yourself a favor and buy a door from Home Depot. Get a handyman to install it. That will save you a lot of time and aggravation.

From our very first meeting to the day we spent picking out custom design materials, the entire process was organized, collaborative, and enjoyable. Their coordination and communication throughout the renovation were top-notch! Every contractor who came into our home was professional, respectful, and genuinely cared about their work. They answered all of our questions and kept us informed every step of the way, even when there were small delays. The quality of the craftsmanship truly shows, and our new custom kitchen makes me smile every single time I walk in to cook. We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. If you're considering a remodel, I can't recommend AES Builder & Home Improvements enough! Thank you to Stephen, Shawna and the entire AES team!

I do not use E mail alot so I requested that they call and let me know when the appraisal was submitted ,never herd a word ,when I got the chance to get into my Email I saw it was in . There was a few discrepancies that I wanted to go over .called the rep that came to the house and asked him to call me , never herd from him. by this time 3 weeks had passed. My wife called the main number to find out what was going on and we were told that our job was to small and they did not want to deal with the asbestos siding on my 86 year old house . Could have told me that from the begining and saved everybody the trouble, or at least a phone call explaining there action. This is very troubling to me , could have been handled better . 30 years ago I would do the work my self ,I can't and don't want too . Not happy at all ! Bill L
