I was able to pay a portion of the bill until after they completed the replacement. They arrived promptly, actually early, on the agreed upon date and the beam was exchanged within 2 hours. Since he was fixing the window, the crack, and painting the ceiling, I asked for a quote to paint 2 of the rooms downstairs and install baseboards in my kitchen. I thought the estimate was reasonable (painting ceilings is not easy). The work was done in 3 days by one person. He took his time, cleaned up behind himself, and did a wonderful job. Honestly, the baseboards he installed in the kitchen were done neater than the ones in the living room installed by a flooring company. Since I'm not familiar with painting or wall repair, I asked my boyfriend--who has 25 years of construction experience--to speak with him about the scope and cost. My boyfriend, who is currently stationed overseas, was able to negotiate the price down to $1,800. Bill claimed that $600 of that was just for materials. Given that cost, I expected the walls to be properly prepped, primed with drywall primer, and imperfections repaired. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. While I appreciate that his team removed the old shelving, they left the hose mount on the wall and got paint on the door frame. They also failed to leave me the extra paint I had paid for, which I needed to address missed spots and repairs. I reached out to Bill via text three times. He initially said he would bring the extra paint but then stopped responding. I ultimately had to take a piece of damaged wall to Sherwin-Williams to get a color match and fix it myself. To make matters worse, when I expressed my concerns and asked him to speak with my boyfriend directly, he was dismissive and unprofessional. I've since had other painters look at the job, and they agreed I was overcharged for the quality of work delivered. Lesson learned: If you decide to hire this company, make sure you're either knowledgeable about painting or have someone experienced with you to avoid being taken advantage of--especially when it comes to labor and material costs.

All Exteriors did my parents roof a few years ago and they loved the job they did. I didn't think ours would be hail damaged since our roof was just a couple of years old. Boy was I wrong! We had damage to both our shingled roof and metal roof and needed a complete replacement. All Exteriors made this process so easy. Bill, the owner is an extremely experienced roofer who knows his stuff when it comes to insurance jobs. There are some sketchy companies from out of town (and some local) that will over promise and under deliver. Using a company where the owners/management actually have hands-on roofing experience is so crucial when it comes to your home. We could not be more thrilled with what a difference getting our roof redone has made to the appearance of our house. We got to choose any color we wanted at no additional cost making this feel like a true home makeover.
