Kyle is a great salesperson, but we had a couple questions regarding the placement of something during installation, so he showed up day of installation with shovel in hand. They want things to be as right as we did, which is refreshing. GREAT customer service! The project consisted of extended a patio that we had done by them a few years ago, you would never know that it wasn't original, blends perfectly and the crew couldn't have been better, they worked hard and when we asked a question they stopped to listen and then gave us the answer without being annoyed. Left the site neat and clean too. Hard to find good workers, with good customer service while staying in budget and on time with a great salesperson on top of it! We had a fence installed with the patio previously too, LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the company and the salesperson!!! Ask for Kyle when you call!

Our deck has a long staircase, so it was a big project, but they made it look easy and the finished product turned out amazing. Blair replaced 5 skylights with a more reasonable 3 of a slightly smaller size that better suited the space. They also re-paneled the inside ceiling and carefully matched the stain so everything looks really great. No further issues with roof leaks. Frankly, I would trust the folks at Blair to make everything right - plus they are good people. Thinking of using them again for another big project, because they are professionals in the truest sense of the word. We're very pleased with the high quality workmanship and professionalism exhibited by the Blair teams that worked on our house. They come when they say, stay in communication, and are straightforward and honest. From Carl Scheel to Bill Smith to the first rate carpenters who finished our inside ceiling, you guys are much appreciated!

There wasn't a time where any of our questions were unanswered and we felt confident moving forward with TREC. Once we received the materials at our property, Walter and the crew were super professional and you could tell they had a lot of experience in what they were doing. Justin also frequently visited during thebbuilding process as well. They made sure they stayed within the deadline of having the project completed. We absolutely love our patio! After scheduling, the scheduling manager continued to contact me numerous times, prior to our meeting, to confirm my availability, in which I double checked all the pieces above. Never was I told to allow for a 30minute window, so imagine my frustration when I blocked off an hour for work 2:00-3:00pm, and the guy showed up at 2:30pm, upset with me because I needed to end at 3:00pm. The estimate went quickly. I tried to cover everything we wanted, allowing time for him to take measurements, draw schematics, and have time for follow-up questions, but it felt disconnected and rushed. I was told we would schedule a follow-up Zoom appointment to walk through everything- I scheduled a time period with the scheduling manager, again blocking off work- only to have them call 20mins before the appointment and cancel on us because they weren't ready with information. Then I waited days for them to call back to re-schedule the appointment, but never got contacted. Overall, it wasn't a good relationship. We didn't feel cared for or considered as new clients, so we removed them as a possible vendor.

My usual painter painted the front of the house and side of the garage but could not go on because of time constraints. It rained the week they were to start and they came a day later. I asked if it was dry enough and they said no problem. I had talked with Cabot Stain people and explained that the house had an oil stain on it and they would have to prime with something that would make paint adhere. The men that worked were very nice. One year later the paint was pealing off in sheets and continues to do so. Josh, the owner tried to blame it all on bad wood. Not so, it is ultra expensive cypress meant to last lifetime and any wood that had to be replaced was fixed before they began. The saleman they use advised me to blame it on the paint. The only place their work is not peeling is where my other painter had painted. That should tell you something. Bottom line the reason the paint job failed and continues to fail is poor preparation not using a separate primer and possible moisture from the rain when they rushed their schedule. Josh does not answer any e-mails and the salesman said "I thought you said you were selling the house in 3 years" That ought to tell you something.
