I called and got assistance right away, great CS, no run around, no sales prices, great value for a non-Pella type window, but close. My four large windows were 60" x 48" not small. They were ordered, installed by their crew and in one day "out a here". Start to finish 8-10 weeks. Been living in my house 44 years now. I will not live to see these windows replaced. No problems now two years later, still function like new. Am getting 10 more windows from them this winter, great, easy, no problems. My experience with windows is double panes are better in the long run. Another brand, not to be named fogged after 4 years!! With triple panes--I have had a middle pane break inside the sandwich--how in the world? Stick with double panes!! The whole experience with this company has been terrible so far. On 11-06-2025, I ordered a storm door. I was told that from ordering to installation would be 5-7 weeks. The week before Christmas, I still had not heard anything and called. I was told the door had not come in, but would be received that week. As of today, 01-09-2026, I still had not heard anything, so I called. I was told the door only came in yesterday, but there is only one person they use as an installer. Subsequently, I was not yet given an install date. Do yourself a favor and buy a door from Home Depot. Get a handyman to install it. That will save you a lot of time and aggravation. read more

I could not say enough good things about this company. They are the most reliable and service oriented company that I have ever come across. I purchased new windows from them in 2008 and just yesterday, 6/27/24, called them for a leaking window in my second bedroom. John, the owner, himself, came out this afternoon and checked out the window. It had nothing to do with the window. It was the crown/caulking above the window that caused the leak. So what did he do? He caulked it for me!! At no charge!!! This 76 year-old customer was astounded and immensely grateful for his kindness and assistance. I would not recommend calling these folks. I can't believe how badly I was treated by them. It was unbelievable. I wanted them to come out for a quote for windows for my son's house. We were going to buy several over time (this would be thousands of dollars) and wanted to order one right away. Firstly the guy canceled my appt, it was the owner by the way. That's okay, we finally met up at my son's house. He measured all the windows and a slider door. Seemed nice. Seemed fairly normal. Said he would get back to me. He NEVER did. This was November. It's now August 2024. I kept calling every few weeks. Emailing. No one would respond to me. I called and the woman who answers the phone is mean on the phone and non helpful. I was like please have this guy call me, it's been months. He calls and says oh I'm so sorry we've been busy, had a sick dog, blah blah blah. He said no worries, he said I ordered the window. He said I usually have to do something first, but I'm the owner, so I just ordered it. we'll contact you when it's in. I was like okay thanks. Then, Crickets. No calls no quotes on anything. I kept emailing back. Then the mean lady say you didn't sign or leave a deposit. It had been so long ago I don't know if I did or if I was asked to. I would have done anything they asked me to. Trust me, I just want the window and my quote. I told the mean lady that the owner said he ordered it. I said please have him call me. Nope he hasn't called me. I'm not ever sure if she told him to. It's all weird. what in the world is going on with this store. I sent her a note and said please have this man call me to apologize for wasting my time and putting me through all of this upset. Nope no call. No explanation or apology. This is not how I do business. Well, I'm a realtor and have referred people to these guys in the past. NO WAY NO HOW. Run from this company as fast as you can!!!! The owners are not ethical nor care about customer service. They will rip you off by doing a bait and switch with windows that would not past builder's grade. They do not stand behind their products nor honor the warranty. The installers removed my insulation and did not replace it, damaged my bed, and was more than two hours late. This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever. The windows do not close properly, has gaps, and are the poorest quality I have ever seen. I complained several times and they did nothing!!! Terrible owner for getting back to you or taking responsibility for his hired help or customer satisfaction. Window process took not normal 6-8 weeks, but 6 full MONTHS. First installers cracked a frame, missed caulking a window, scratched my walls, and front door, some locks did not work properly. Owner did not get back to me to come out until I finally sent a certified letter, then it still took months. I asked several times for some reimbursement for inconvenience, time off, and to have to have hall repainted and door repaired. He never got back to me after a couple emails to his wife (who handles some stuff). I'm tired of waiting and think everyone should know. DO NOT USE or recommend. We had Window World of Bel Air, MD install 9 windows and a patio slider in our condominium in Spring of 2015. We have been very pleased with the windows and slider. The price was excellent and the warranty gives us peace of mind. The windows/slider are very efficient and attractive. Several neighbors came to see the job that was done by Window World of Bel Air, MD and consequently, they had similar windows installed in their condos. We have to submit an architectural approval form for all window installations and the owner of the company helped to complete this form so we were in compliance with the condo guidelines. That was very helpful to us. The installation was very well done. We had to have a slight adjustments to one of the windows after installation and the owner, John G. came to adjust the window himself. Now, 6 years later, 2021, we had a slight problem and Window World was there for us again. John G. the owner, came and helped us promptly. I called window world to get a quote for a window installation, window repair and the replacement of two screens (Front Storm Door and Deck Dog Door). John (Contractor Rep and Owner) stated that the windows could be repaired as well and gave me the contact info for same. I had opted to repair the windows. Both the screens were specialty screens, one (Storm) John stated he would have to search around, didn't appear promising. The other (Deck), he said he would handle and make himself. I called the company three times and spoke to Jeanie, was told each time that John was on vacation and would call back the following Tuesday (he never did). Sounds like since the bigger bucket of money was gone as I had the windows repaired rather than replaced, They were not going to even try to do the remainder of the work. Disappointing as I wanted to keep the business local and Window World was highly referred to me by a General Repair Man who did work at my home. Normally, I just let these things pass and move on to someone who I can trust to conduct my business with (which I will still do).
