Excellent Roofing Company -- Highly Recommend! I could not…read morebe happier with the outstanding job Ramon and his team did on our roof. From beginning to end, the entire experience was excellent. They were on schedule, on budget, and there were no surprise or extra charges. Ramon, our sales representative/project manager, was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. His crew showed up on time, worked hard all day, and clearly took pride in their work. The finished roof looks fantastic. Just as impressive was how carefully the crew cleaned up afterward. They left our property absolutely immaculate, with no debris or mess left behind. I received five different estimates, and their price was more competitive than the others while still providing excellent quality, workmanship, and service. This was truly a 5-star experience from start to finish. If you are looking for a roofing company that is dependable, professional, fairly priced, and delivers excellent results, I highly recommend Roman and his team! Frank August 2026

My wife and I had been agonizing over what to do with our roof: continue maintaining the old slate…read moreyear after year or replace it with a new asphalt roof. Whenever we consulted Ryan at AC Matthews, Roofing & Exteriors, he responded promptly and provided thorough, thoughtful explanations of the pros and cons of both options. We obtained four or five estimates from different companies for both slate work and asphalt replacement, and AC Matthews was also more reasonably priced than its competitors. In the end, we decided to replace the roof--and we are very glad we did. Ryan and his team were professional and courteous throughout the entire process, and they did a phenomenal job. Thanks to the new passive ventilation in our attic, the temperature on the second floor is now much more comfortable during hot weather. This has reduced the strain on our air-conditioning system and allowed us to sleep much better. We would highly recommend Ryan and the team at AC Matthews, Roofing & Exteriors to anyone who needs a new roof--or simply trustworthy advice about what to do with their existing one.

I like the windows, but the screens are deteriorating and I wanted the screens fixed (re-scree-ed). No more than 6 screen. They took a week to get back to me but only after I called. 100 bucks a screen despite a "Lifetime No Gimmick Warranty" on the windows. They said the screens are old- not covered. Apparently they don't understand the concept of "Lifetime" Anyway, the current owner won't even talk to me. A signed letter from Mr Sam Hammaker makes no difference. I guess he's no longer around. I wouldn't do business with this company but if you do, don't count on any warranty On more thing, the written response to me said that "no warranty was given" back in 2007. Anyone who wants to see the signed letter from Mr Hammaker or the big whole page "Lifetime No Gimmick Warranty" I would be happy to send a picture of both.

We recently had some questions about the work and contacted the company, only to find that the Sam we knew had sadly passed. The new owners (Sam's children) seem to be just as qualified, caring, friendly, and eager to support customers. I can only guess they have the same ethic, and would highly recommend the company. They originally provided exactly the service requested, great quality, and value. I predict the next generation will continue to do so.
