I contacted George Harris and he scheduled me right away. I was really impressed that he was able to get me on the schedule within 1-day and the 2 contractors that showed up were on time, polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. In fact one of the contractors was a Spanish woman who jumped into gear right away and begin climbing the ladder onto my roof. I was so impressed with her that I told the other gentleman that she was awesome and had no fear. Heck, I was afraid to get on that tall roof and she climbed up there with no hesitation. They completed the work quickly and I received a very fair price. In fact, while I was there, I noticed that the shingles on my shed were peeling and decided right then to hire them to come back this week to re-cover my Shed. Overall, this company is very reliable and the staff and crews are professional. I highly recommend them for any roofing, siding or window repairs/installation.

I was told when installation was going to be instead of being asked. When that date didn't work, the owners had a very bad attitude. I had to keep calling and messaging to get a date. The day of installation seemed fine. The next day my husband was deep in our yard and saw a small section of roof was not replaced. I called the owner and he tried saying my husband told him not to do that part! He was literally yelling in the phone like he was crazy. His wife co-owner, came out the next day and apologized for his behavior. She even stated "why wouldn't you do that section?". She said that they had been arguing about this. She said that he did not estimate the cost for that section! She said he would send an estimate for it and for me to call her afterwards and she would give us a materials only price. So I did, and she gave me that price, but never in writing, it seemed like a side agreement since she was arguing with her husband. She said she would talk with him about scheduling. I got no call back. I messaged, no reply, I called, no answer ...over and over for two weeks. I messaged her that I was about to call the Better Business Bureau if I didn't hear back by the next evening. Within a few minutes, the both learned how to use their phones, but only to deny the problem and send me a letter, completely distorting the facts and attempting to blame us for their neglect! Marianne Hall (wife and co-owner) is fully aware of her husband George's behavior. She even recounted several instances where we flew off the handle with other clients. This is all totally unacceptable. Additionally, we found a few shingles, and nails scattered around over the next few days. The crew left some ruts in the yard after going off of the side drive they were asked to stay away from. I overlooked these things, but now they are just a part of the full picture. At this point I would not trust them to complete the job. Their work was incomplete, communication and timeliness of appointments was terrible, the yelling and bad attitudes were the final straw! Awful experience.

They took a week to get back to me but only after I called. 100 bucks a screen despite a "Lifetime No Gimmick Warranty" on the windows. They said the screens are old- not covered. Apparently they don't understand the concept of "Lifetime" Anyway, the current owner won't even talk to me. A signed letter from Mr Sam Hammaker makes no difference. I guess he's no longer around. I wouldn't do business with this company but if you do, don't count on any warranty On more thing, the written response to me said that "no warranty was given" back in 2007. Anyone who wants to see the signed letter from Mr Hammaker or the big whole page "Lifetime No Gimmick Warranty" I would be happy to send a picture of both.

We recently had some questions about the work and contacted the company, only to find that the Sam we knew had sadly passed. The new owners (Sam's children) seem to be just as qualified, caring, friendly, and eager to support customers. I can only guess they have the same ethic, and would highly recommend the company. Once they were up in the attic, they easily identified the issue and were able to provide a solution to the problem. I had a very poor experience with this contractor. I took advantage of the free estimate, and I had…read moreeventually followed and asked for a contract that we could sign to get the project started. This contractor came in with a blank contract template, asking me to sign it. There had been no details of the kind of work that was to be done, and when I mentioned the lack of information, he said I could fill it out myself. He kept insisting to sign the contract and give him an immediate deposit. I obviously declined signing a blank contract, and he started to try and intimidate me which I found so ridiculous. I just told him we will find someone else. Very unprofessional, and people should know.
