    For those who live in an apartment, this information is for you!…read more My package has been out for delivery since this morning. 7:51am to be exact. I've sat at home waiting for this package. I didn't even shower because I didn't want to miss the delivery attempt. A few hours later I check the tracking. Oh guess what they attempted to deliver my package. WTF?? How could I have missed this package? I've been home all day waiting for it. I called customer service and this is info I got. The customer service person was very helpful. 1. If the post person is behind, they will not attempt to deliver the package. They will just leave a card. LESSON - DO NOT RELY ON TRACKING 2. They do not deliver to your door. They are only required to deliver to where your mail goes. So, if your building has a designated area for mailboxes, the lobby, they are not required to knock on your door and deliver the package to you. It's up to the post persons discretion. 3. If the package is bigger than your mailbox expect to get a card in your mailbox. Why? Refer to number 2 above. LESSON - Canada post is not in the business of delivering packages. So, what have we learned? 1. The tracking information Canada Post updates means ZERO!! 2. Delivery in their vocabulary means, leave a card 3. USE FEDEX, DHL, CARRIER PIGEON! 4. The tracking information means nothing.!! Don't be as foolish as I was waiting for my package which was out for delivery, why?? Say it all together now: BECAUSE THE TRACKING MEANS NOTHING!! There we go.

    MANAGER IS NOT FOLLOWING UPS STORE FRANCHISEE RULES AND NEEDS TO BE DISCIPLINED…read more Monday May 6, 2024: I receive email notice that 2 boxes from Well.ca have arrived at UPS Store. I arrive after 4 pm with my 11 year old daughter. Without checking, the Man says there is nothing for me. No boxes under 221. I ask him to double check. He laughs and says " I don't need to, I know what comes in". Then he says to show my email. I can't seem to find it right away because he is making me anxious and nervous by being so hostile I ask hIm to please check in the system and use my ID. He still says no, is combative and seemingly enjoying to make my life miserable. I am upset and confused by his abusive behavior. I say- let's work together...let's find my boxes and we can solve this problem. Another customer arrives and he is looking at the other man, like I am an idiot I tell him to take my ID and check in the system, again and again. He says the boxes are not there. I won't leave until he actually checks his system. Finally he does. And he sees there are two boxes under my name. He gets mad and says it was under 332. It was not. He argues with me again. I do not know why. and he tells me to go to another business if I don't like it. And I left so very mad. UPS TREATED ME BADLY INFRONT OF MY YOUNG DAUGHTER. I called UPS and was crying and very upset. The woman listened to me and gave me your number. I have been too upset to send an email but today, there was ANOTHER PROBLEM. Today May 17, 2024 4:30PM: I come to pick up my boxes from WELL.CA again. The MAN, tell me that he is not supposed to hand me the boxes and I am supposed to go in the private area and pick up the boxes myself. This area is cordoned off with security tape and obviously not a public place. I said that this is a private area and I am not supposed to go there. If I get hurt, he UPS is liable. and that He is supposed to pass it along the counter like usual. This MAN, again is breaking rules, making my life difficult and creating problems. I want UPS to sanction this man. For a day that is supposed to be good, he makes me very angry and upset.

    I like to give people the benefit of the doubt...maybe just a bad day. But I've been here several…read moretimes over the last 2 years and every time the 2 employees there are so extremely unpleasant. I'd almost rather deliver the package myself rather than deal with them for UPS deliveries!!!
