Every now and then you may catch them being young and goofing around a little, but for the most part they're polite, friendly, and do their jobs well. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. The inside is fine, but when the weather is nice, I really enjoy sitting outside. It's a nice atmosphere to relax, have some pizza, and enjoy a glass of wine. You must buy something at the Creamery in order to partake in the fun though. We got in line and it seemed to more a bit slow -- we finally got to the register and ordered one Horchata Milkshake. Once we paid, the young kid at the register said it would be a little while before our order came out. As expected, it did take a while for our Milkshake to come and it was not worth the wait. Overall, I know I am a city girl and used to the more fast paced life so I will give them a little grace, plus their staff were friendly and doing their best. Rating is 3.5 stars! Even though we had to wait about 15 extra minutes upon arriveal for pickup, I really appreciated that they took the time to confirm the order rather than making assumptions. That level of care is important especially for customers who may have food allergies or dietary restrictions. The customer service was excellent and the pizzas were absolutely delicious.
