They have everything. They do have their own brand of tools, one step up from Harbor Fright and less than name brands. They have their own parking lot. I told him what I was rushing in for and he said yes we have it and I'll bring it up to the register for you to help. It wasn't the chain brake! Tim took one look at the chain and said "I know exactly what's wrong!". And he was right! After my last use with a loose chain, the chain was thrown off. After I'd put the chain back on again, it got burred and that's why it was jammed and couldn't travel on the bar. Tim filed down some of the burrs and after less than 5 minutes he was done and tested the chainsaw - success! I was so grateful! I asked how I could take good care of my chainsaw and he took the time to explain how to keep things clean and well maintained. Again, he's a really nice guy. As I was walking out, another customer came in for a hug! C'mon!!

Littt le to no service or assistance despite my spending a small fortune there. I was told to "go look at what we have" Had to sort through a yard of about 50 tubs. Found the two I wanted and then was told that a shower bath combo was "sold to someone else already" even though there were about 20 of them out there. I comprimised after having driven all the way there, and purchased two tubs showers and multiple plumbing supplies. Was then offered no assistance in loading them or instructions on what works for packing them. They then fell off the truck on I 84. part o that was my fault, but only one small part of the shower fell off and broke. I went back to buy that part, but was told that I had to buy the entire shower again. There was no remorse for having no one to assist me in loading, or to tell me the best way to pack them on a trailer. Partly my fault, but the lack of customer service or concern seemed horrible to me. I had to buy the entire shower again, they gave it to me at cost. If I didn't have a whole day into it 7 plus hours, and a plumber waiting for the install, I would have brought everything back. No respect or service from this store, I'll never go back.

Bedrosians has a spectacular selection of tile and stone, with good service when you are BUYING…read more But you better hope there are no issues with your $18,000 quartzite because Bedrosian's will abandon you faster than you can say "Customer Service Please." We've purchased and installed 3 other quartzite countertops and never had a problem. This is the first time we ordered from Bedrosians and it was an unmitigated disaster. The stone immediately absorbed everything: water, oil, soap . . . Spots and streaks appeared everywhere within the first 2 days of use. For the record, we have used the same installer and sealer, A-Tech, for years and this has never happened. Yet Bedrosians first blamed A-Tech, then sent a guy out from the warranty department to try some Poultice Plus to remove the stains. This made the stains worse. Then they told us that they would "submit the pictures and information to their warranty department" which would take about 10 days. 18 days later, they sent a form letter with nothing but disclaimers, taking no responsibility for a flawed stone from a quarry with lousy quality control. Finally they again blamed A-Tech. We are disgusted by the way we were treated by this company after they sold us a bad product. We are considering litigation. We highly recommend shopping for your countertop elsewhere.
