When Carlo the owner came by to give us the estimate he pointed out a tree that had started rotting and suggested that was a tree that should be removed. When his men removed the tree they showed me the very large rotted area internally going up the trunk. Pedro his climber was so professional at his job and didn't hesitate to ask what we wanted cut and also made some very good suggestions. The entire crew worked in unison. Watching them work was a pleasure for my wife and I. What i truly appreciated was the fact that they all actually worked together. As I said Cutting the trees down and removing branches was very professional. The entire clean up left my property as if i just had a fall cleanup by my landscaper. My wife and wont hesitate to recommend C.R. Tree service to anyone that asks. Thank you Carlo and crew

Within 3 hours I got a call back. He had been to the house, taken a look, and provided what I thought was a fair estimate for the job. Due to scheduling, it worked best for them to do the job the next morning. No complaints here. Tree was gone by 830am the next day. Worth mentioning this tree had grown up into the power lines. These guys looked comfortable running the saws near the lines and seeing as how the power stayed on, I assume they know what they're doing. Quick too. His crew was already in the neighborhood and showed up just a few hours later. They safely took down all three trees (including a full stump grind on the big one near the house), removed a giant heavy branch hanging toward our roof from the utility tree, and trimmed two others. Everything was done professionally with great care around the house, power lines, and landscaping. They clearly know what they're doing and worked efficiently -- the whole job only took a couple of hours. The price was very fair for the amount of work and the risks involved. 0 Star I would…read morestrongly recommend being careful with this company. My experience with KD Tree Services was extremely disappointing. They came out to my property, looked at the work that needed to be done, and gave me a price quote. Based on that quote, I agreed to have them do the job. We were under the impression that everything was agreed upon and that they were coming to complete the work. When the father came to start the job, his attitude was completely different. He was dismissive and disrespectful and basically told me that they were not going to do the job for the price they had originally quoted me and other work to get to. If you give a customer a quote after seeing the job in person, that price should mean something. If the company changes its mind about the price when they're ready to start, that's something that should be communicated professionally--not handled with an attitude after the customer has already agreed to move forward. My issue isn't simply about the price. It's about honoring the quote, communication, and treating customers with respect. Watch out and make sure you get everything in writing before agreeing to anything with KD Tree Services. I personally will not be using them.
