The staff are under the company influence so they will do their job as trained. 4 years ago I went there and was shafted, and I went back this year as I'm leaving town they could handle an Oil change and service , I told the servive adviser , annual service and filters. I asked what oil will they use and he said what ever it calls for in the manual. ?????? 400.00 dollaars I get home they did not grease the unit didn't change my fuel filter, when I ask he said that is not included.???? a service does not include grease and filter change. never dirty their door step again. Worst sales/service experience ever - and we've purchased 2 campers from them! Decided after the first bad experience to give them another try. BAD DECISION! First camper - sold us a camper our car couldn't pull, but assured us it could and even sold us an additional brake system for our car to pull it. Got on the road and realized very quickly our car was struggling. Made it about 4 hours away and our engine was redlining. Had to trade in the vehicle for a truck (not planned or budgeted!) to finish the trip, which was already booked and paid for. Both campers - service has been terrible. The 2 Coleman campers we have purchased have been the most expensive pieces of crap we've ever purchased. Both have required several warranty trips as something breaks every time we take the camper out. Each time they have the camper for service, no one calls to tell me it's finished. I have to start calling to find out when it will be ready for pick up. At this point (as of today), they have had my camper for one month to repair some latches and locks. I'm still making a monthly payment each time they have it for something I can't even use. And why on earth does it take a month plus to repair locks and latches??? To top it all off, I called for the 3rd time today to inquire when my camper will be ready (first two calls were never returned) and they say the ticket was closed and my camper is not on site. Who did you give my camper to??? I'm waiting for a call back on this one... I won't hold my breath. Bottom line - TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE. Maybe they wanted me to be the 80% who pay 80%. they were nice so I would entertain a lower price and maybe reconsider them. Our refrigerator wasn't staying cold, and we were into our 1st week of a 9 week vacation on the east coast. We are from San Diego. It was already afternoon, and we talked with Kaelyn who advised us they could only trouble shoot (15 year old Cameo Carriage unit). We left it, grabbed some lunch, and when we got back, Robert (the technician) told us he was able to get it working by cleaning wire connections. All components verified were good. Needless to say, we were elated, but the phone call the next morning, to check up on whether it was still working, is true CUSTOMER SERVICE! Wow, look at the rating!!!! Here is another disappointing post. I went in early today to buy a grill. The everyday price was about as high as I have seen. The SAMs Member price was $20 less but a common price nevertheless. I asked them to match an Internet price and the cashier said they would match their own internet price. What is that about? The two prices were a joke! I went out of my way to go to a camping store, get excuses about their pricing and leave without anything. What a waste of my time. I ended up going to academy sports where their IN store price was less than the member price and Internet price at Camping World. The sales dept is fine. However, the inept service dept. is the reason we will never spend another dime with Gander of St Augustine. As of the beginning of February, the unit has been with the service dept over 400 days. The first trip into the service dept (SD) was for loose wiring on the AC unit. The SD had the unit for over six months to tighten the wiring. During the storage period at Gander, they broke a rear window. They acknowledged their fault and fixed the window in November 2020, but did not know when the window was broke (sometime between July and October). (We noticed when we retrieved the unit this March, 2022, that there was still glass behind the rear couch from the damage). When we received the unit back in February 2021 from the first visit to the SD, we notice water damage, presumedly from the window. We returned the unit, and they fixed it by putting wood-grain wallpaper over the wood. We received the unit back around March 2021. When preparing for an upcoming trip, we notice the fridge did not work. Wde contacted the SD and they said the fridges were on backorder and would not be in within several months. We asked for a loaner unit for our trip, and instead they said to take our unit on our trip and we could bring it in after we returned. We purchased a stand-alone fridge and went on our trip. When we returned the unit to the SD in August 2021, they said they were a few more months out from having a fridge for us. In January 2022, we asked to have the unit restored and returned immediately. By the beginning of March they said the unit was ready. We went to retrieve the unit and they have installed a smaller fridge. Instead of trimming around the smaller fridge, the brackets and opening to the compartment is exposed. The metal slide guard at the base of the fridge is scratched and bent, there is a tear in the linoleum from the install, and the trim around the fridge is scratched and has multiple holes. We found new water damage at the base of some cabinets, and the SD said these were caused by us, despite the fact that our storage is completely covered and they had previously admitted to and repair a window unit they broke. To make matters worse, the informed us that our warranty would not cover the fridge repair, even though we notified them of the damage and they advised us to keep the unit the one month past the warranty date. When we finally retrieved the unit, we mentioned that we would be taking the unit to the manufacturer. When we did so, they went in and covered some of the holes and damages with some product that matches the color of the trim, and black paint/marker for the metal slide guard. They said they would keep the unit and make more repairs, but we just wanted to get the unit away from them before they caused more damage we would inevitably be responsible for fixing. Lastly, when hooking up to leave, the compartment door that they "fixed" in 2020 again would not unlock and open. They repeated that they would fix it - again, it was not worth leaving the unit another hour more. Good luck to those of you willing to deal with this incompetence in the future. Too bad for the sales team, as we are ready for an upgrade. The sales team was excellent. read more

VINNIE BELLAVISTA / Service Advisor and ED WOOD / Service Manager of St. Augustine, Florida Camping World, are two of the BEST employees Camping World has in their fleet! Less than a year ago, I bought a 2018 Heartland Mallard M26 from Macon, Georgia's, Camping World. They charged me $125.00 to transfer and mount my newly purchased Equalizer "10,000 lb. Capacity" Hitch. Sadly, the mounting was done improperly and the ball was pitched so far back that the trailer would no longer safely release from the ball hitch, nor track down the highway. The front end of my truck "floated." Not having owned the trailer even one year, I pulled into the St. Augustine Camping World knowing the hitch was no longer safe as the sway bars were nearly impossible to snap into place, and the swing arm sleeves had become deeply scored into the steel from the rubbing pressure. My trailer was pushing down hard into the ball and causing my truck front end to drive with inadequate traction. The trailer swayed with every passing truck, and it was now plain scary! VINNIE BELLAVISTA and ED WOOD, along with a veteran Service Tech came out and inspected the hitch damage, and listened to my concerns. They all agreed that the hitch was no longer safe. I produced the "Equalizer Hitch Proof of Purchase" document, and provided the sale contract with dates and charges for the hitch mount. An entire new Equalizer hitch was ordered and arrived within 2-days. I was invited to come in immediately for the installation which was done to perfection and ready in about 2 hours. Vinnie Bellavista and Ed Wood both took a personal interest in making sure the hitch was installed, tested and properly balanced. Both men were highly professional, patient, caring and sincerely concerned that I now felt safe!! Today I am a grateful, appreciative customer of Camping World and particularly their Service Department. A heartfelt thanks to VINNIE BELLAVISTA and ED WOOD plus the guys who carefully mounted my new hitch. I truly hope that Camping World Corporate will address these two men and their service staff with more than just a letter or phone call. I would give them negative stars if I could. The techs had almost no tools, they had no idea what they were doing. They had our RV on a machine for a day and a half when it should only take 20m minutes and still got no results. My guess is they didn't hook it up right. They had it for a week and still had no idea how to fix it. The one problem was our front air conditioner, they wanted to put coolant in it....yeah, you know the stuff you put in your radiator...not refrigerant like they should. We finally said give it back we will figure it out ourselves. The other problem was the engine cover wouldn't stay on. We figured out the latch was stiff and after WD40 it latched just fine. We started our trip that was planned for more than 6 months. 1st stop South Carolina then to Virginia, the Washington DC and more. In preparation this summer trip I replaced both RV A/C's with new Dometic Brisk 2 a/c's in August and October of 2015 along with a bunch of preventative maintenance tasks. We left South Florida at about 10am and by the time we got to Jacksonville BOTH a/c's had failed. We spent the night in a RV park in Jacksonville and first thing 8am I started calling Dometic to find out what to do since they are under a 24 month warranty. Finding the right customer rep phone number that gets you to a real human was a little task online. I finally got to Jill who advised me that the customer support line was not open for another 3 minutes (8:30). I waited 4 minutes and then spoke to Waniko, she advised me I needed to call a local Dometic RV service provider and have them take a look at them and confirm they failed. I called Camping World in Jacksonville and spoke to Jose who basically told me he was backed up for 3 weeks. Then I called Don Gore RV and spoke to Dona who had very little customer service skills and she told me 2 week back up. I called back to Dometic and spoke to another rep who gave me 2 more numbers to try, one didn't answer or return my call, the other said 3 days to wait. I explained to all the service centers that we were just starting the trip and the RV was getting close to 95 degrees inside with a wife, 2 kids and a dog, it didn't help. I also offered Jose at Camping World that I would change them myself if they would assist in the warranty replacement he told me they couldn't do that. It was now about 10:30am and I have been working on this for 2 hours with no solution. Wife was ready to go back home and cancel the family trip. I called back to Jill at Dometic and explained were I was with this. Jill advised me to call back (she transferred me) to Customer Service and ask for a supervisor. She transferred me back and I was connected to Lena, I stated that I explained, that Jill advised me to ask for a supervisor and Lena told me she would not transfer me without me telling her why. SO I explained the whole chronology of events while sitting in a 95 degree RV and then again asked to speak to a supervisor. Then Lena in a VERY poor tone said I didn't need to speak to her that way? I as calm as a could responded that I was being calm and would she PLEASE transfer me to a supervisor. She put me a forever hold. I called back and spoke to another rep. who transferred me to Amanda a supervisor. It was now 11:00, I explained everything again and Amanda understood the situation we were in and said she would call me back. She contacted Camping World in St. Augustine and spoke to Doug who told her to have me call him. I called Doug at 11:50am and he told me they were busy but to come in and he would make room for us. We checked our GPS and it was 45 minutes to their location. We made it in 40. Doug was at lunch but Jeff assisted us, opened a service order and got the paper ready for Doug when he came back. Doug arrived had the service manager run the diagnostics with his team of technicians and confirm both new units failed. I approved replacing them ASAP and called Amanda because the Dometic warranty process was to have us wait till Dometic sent new ones and Camping World had them in stock. I wanted to request the use their inventory and restock with the ones Dometic would be sending, Amanda approved the swap and Doug, Jeff, the Service Manager (I'm sorry I don't remember his name) and their team of technicians had us on the road within 2 hours. What a GREAT experience in the end. Amanda from Dometic you restored my believe in good companies are made by good people. Doug at Camping World St Augustine you are a true gentleman and I only wish I would have taking a family photo with you. You saved a family vacation that will leave life long memories with every member of my family. I'm writing this in Virginia in a cold RV while my kids are sleeping. We came into around $10,000 and wanted to purchase an RV. After spending a few months looking at craigslist and finding anything worth while was already sold. We decided to shoot a few dealerships some offers of around $5000 in case we had to sink a few more grand into it. There was a 1999 Winnebago for $7999 and we got an email back from Gary Fowdy his text: "My sales manager is NOT interested in your $5,000 offer on the 1999 Winnebago that we have on the web for $7995." nice customer service!! I guess the emphasis and CAPS on the word NOT kinda pissed me off. I can read the word "not" whether is capitalized or not. Steer clear. I brought in a coach for a leaking sink. They kept my coach for 3 weeks, which I was ok with, and then charged me $600 because they had to remove the fridge. I drove the coach to CO and the sink still leaks. I open the fridge compartment and there was no way that fridge was removed. It still has the sealant and original wire ties holding cords and cables snugly in place. I called to rectify and got, bring it to another camping world in CO. And where am I supposed to stay? I call to speak to a manager and get voicemail of course. Highly doubt this will get rectified. Oh, to top it off, I ordered a door (just the part) at the same time. They never ordered it. It took me a week of phone calls back and forth to get the door. I needed it before my trip and was told no problem. it comes in after I leave with a $200 shipping charge. And, if you have ever watched "The Profit" clearly everything he says about how he runs his businesses is rubbish. read more

Here's my experience. I have purchased a 2014 Jayco 22' and subsequently a 2016 Coleman 26' bunkhouse from Camping World. I was looking to purchase a ladder for the top bunk and searched Black Friday sales online at Camping World. Lo, and behold I found one on sale but needed a total sale of $99 to have free shipping. I went to the local CW store in St. Augustine. I located the last ladder and attempted to purchase it for the Black Friday price on the web. I was told by, what seemed to be the floor manager, that I would have to pay $8 shipping. I said, "it's not being shipped, it's here on your floor". The response was,"Well, too bad". Well, now I now why this place has only 2 stars. Took my travel trailer in for an awning, antennae and vents 3 weeks ago. Told me today it was ready. Tried to operate the electric jack to raise it up to put on my truck, it was inoperative. Their tech checked it out and concluded that the jack was bad. I pointed out that the jack was fully extended and apparently someone had run it out to the end and burnt up the motor. (This happened to me 2 years ago on a previous jack) The service manager Ed Woods would not come out of his office to meet me and eventually granted me the favor of his presence in his office. He denied that they burnt up my jack and that no one there would have operated the jack. Really? Somehow the jack got fully extended since I left the jack pad on 8" of blocks so as to avoid fullly extending it. He offered to replace the jack for his cost which turned out to be $159.00. Ed was rude and crude, totally obstinate. And this was after I had just spent $2246.00 on the awning, vents and TV antennae. Three employees came up to me after the ordeal to let me know that "we ought to cover that" and to apologize for Ed's crude behavior. I tried to talk to Larry the General Manager, but he was not in the store. Bottom line, trust the Yelp reviews. I'm sorry I didn't. read more

Called the service department on advice of the Good Sam Extended Service Plan rep. I got an appointment for the following Monday at 10pm. Hooked up the travel trailer and took it there. I checked in at the service desk. Showed the Good Sam Service Card. Meanwhile the service rep asked if I bought the trailer from them a couple times then asked where I purchased it...I said Tennessee and he asked from who. I reply a private owner. NOW. He informs me I'll have to leave the trailer with them for at least 2 weeks because they are backed up. So they didn't say a thing about a back log when they scheduled my appointment for 10 PM on Monday.... They had to wait until 10pm on Monday to tell me I'd have to wait two weeks for service. MAYBE if I'd purchased the trailer from them they'd have started on it as promised. So Buyer Beware. read more

Found a great used RV and agreed to trade our old one at a loss. Old one was 4 hours away. Salespeople forgot that the new RV needed a new refrigerator and would not be available for a week. They called us after we had driven for 3 1/2 hours and we had to drive back, then do it again in a week. We finally took possession and found none of the TVs would work. Left the RV at Gander and went home to St. Louis for 2 weeks. Called and they said all was fixed. Picked up the RV for scheduled camping with friends. None of the TVs worked, service technician and manager had lied. I found the problem myself - the video switchbox was essentially dead. I complained to the sales manager and said that the least he could do was to get me the manuals for this RV. He did almost nothing - had the Winnebago rep email a part number to me for the Infocase. I have several other complaints with these people but the last thing is that they vowed they did not deal in repo's, but with one set of keys, no manuals, stuff missing, and a rather low price I am nearly certain they lied about that as well. read more

While traveling to Orlando today our rear view camera system when down, stopped at Camping World St. Augustine Florida, we were also interested in a basement fridge/freezer since our Norcold 1200 has been acting up in our Holiday Rambler Imperial for the last few weeks - Talked to Robert B in Parts who showed us the Camera systems and recommended the Furrion we decided on that and when he checked he told us that it was actually on sale cheaper than Camping Worlds website - asked if they could get to it today so he went and checked - was in back within 40 minutes! While waiting he checked on a replacement Elite fridge for our current Norcold (or as I've found out never cold) while he didn't have one in stock and couldn't get one before we headed back home he gave us all the information needed to order the correct replacement. We had a bad experience with Camping world in Little Rock Ark in 2013 when we bought a 1 yr old Freedom Elite - within the 1st week had problems and could never get any information from them so we have been leery of CW since (and the couple we stopped at before this store didn't help at all - cancelled our Elite Membership due to it) but Robert and the Staff at this CW was fantastic - the store was very clean and customer friendly and if they had a Elite fridge in before we leave Saturday we would have purchased it - Kudos to this store's staff (and very pet friendly with water bowls and dog treats) and Manager. read more

Camping World is big on promises but failures to deliver. During the buying process, I was promised that my camper would receive a ladder to access the roof, it just had to be ordered. Later, I received a call that Keystone had sent the wrong ladder to be installed and Camping World requested the correct later. Several weeks later, I received a call (after multiple attempts to reach out) that Keystone said that the camper I purchased was not able to have a ladder installed. Camping World instead provided me with a bike, not what I wanted but okay. Then about 1.5 months later I damaged my camper and had to have an awning arm repaired. This is when I discovered just how unethical Camping World St. Augustine is. After multiple attempts (calling and emailing) I reached the service advisor in charge of my camper. I was told that Keystone was in the middle of midyear inventory (approximately 2 weeks of my camper being in the shop) and they could not find out what type of awning arm was on my camper. After discovering what type of awning arm was on my camper (4 weeks later), I requested that the damage awning arm be replaced only (if possible I did not want the undamaged arm replaced). Nick said that it was highly recommended that both arms be replaced and that I had to purchase arms from Keystone (unable to purchase separately). I was okay with arrangement at the time. When I finally got my camper back from Camping World St. Augustine and getting it home (I was unable to inspect the repair due to my camper battery being dead and they did not offer to review the repair with me) I realized that they falsified their service report. Both awning arms were not changed, in fact they only changed the damaged arm. I have attempted to correct this matter with Camping World Corporate, the Service Manager, and the Dealer Manager. The Service Manager, Cody, is rude and unprofessional. When communicating he the tone and candor of his emails was insulting. When I went to Camping World to speak with the Dealer Manager he was unprofessional and did not introduce himself. I had requested that I be reimbursed for the other awning arm as they falsified their documentation stating that both had been changed. I would highly recommend that anyone looking to buy a camper or motor home drive far away from Camping World. read more

We dropped off our camper for routine maintenance. More than a day later, still no call back when the camper will be ready. Receptionist kept telling us she will call us back "in 15 minutes," yet never did. We called several times and received the same reply. Employees were guardedly hostile when we came to get our camper two days later. I guess we got labeled as "troublemakers" because we complained about the poor communication? Will not be going to this place once I find another repair shop. read more

Was not very cooperative in dealing with us. We bought a camper from a different camping world and was down here on vacation. A light stopped working in the bathroom so we brought it in to get it replaced under warranty but they told us they didn't diagnose it so they could do anything about it. My husband told them they could connect it to a battery to check it and he told us to leave the store! Only gave it 1 star because we can't rate it any less. read more

We asked again just to be sure we understood correctly. And yes indeed, you cannot walk the lot without being escorted by a sales person. We will never buy from them for that reason. Follow-up on Service from Camping World. Unbelievable Stuff Folks!! We created a post of the lack of service received from Camping World on 5/15/2017. In summary, our brand new 2017 Thor Chateau has air bag issues. According to Mercedes of Jacksonville, an enhancement was performed on the vehicle prior to our purchase, which altered the wiring of the airbags. This alteration resulted in our warranty being voided. Since creating the post, we received several messages from Sam G of Camping World with promises to help us out. We retrieved the RV from Mercedes and delivered it to Camping World almost two weeks ago so that they could do their own research of the issue. After receiving no word on the progress, we called Camping World again last week to get the status of the repair. We were told by Jeff Pine (the service writer), that Thor had approved the work to be done and they would contact Mercedes for repair and take the RV to Mercedes. A week later, we contacted Mercedes to check if they had the RV. As we suspected, Mercedes has not heard from Camping World. What will it take to get service from their service department? They don't even do what they have promised! us that they would do!! We paid $91,000+ for a RV that has no warranty, no airbags and no service from Camping World!! Please note that our complaint is not with the Sales Department. It is with the Service Department. As a recent post mentioned, the Receptionist was very pleasant as was the Sales folks - very friendly folks. We were impressed with the company, and for that reason, we decided to buy from them. I went a little before 4 30 pm looking for anti freeze, heat tapes, etc. I walked around while three employees remained behind the counter talking and laughing. I walked around every aisle trying to find what I was looking for. At no moment did any employee asked me what I was looking for nor offered me any assistance. I have had some issues with a travel trailer I bought at Gander RV. There was a real jerk named Ed in the service dept. Gave me a hard time and the runaround. Then I had an opportunity to talk with one of the service techs, a Rob Marsh. Rob was knowledgeable, kind, patient, and efficient! He said he could fix the problem. He looked it over, took the time to explain what was wrong and what I needed. It got done and done right! Rob called a couple of days later to check on the issue, told me if I had any problems to call him and he would take care of it. This is a mechanic extraordinaire who stands behind his work. I understand that Ed fellow isn't there anymore but I am so glad tech-man Rob still is! Not all technicians are as capable of the work that Rob does. I highly recommend anyone needing any kind of service at all to ask specifically for the work to be done by Rob Marsh! BAIT YOU IN AND SCREW YOU That is the title of my review of them. My fiancé and I purchased a 5th Wheel RV on December 31, 2014...we were excited...but the excitement was short lived. They really knew how to treat you when they want your money for a new RV. But god forbid the Service for repairs and warranty is horrid. And I mean HORRID. Lets put it this way...no matter which Camping World you go...St. Augustine or Kissimmee...they are all the same. You have to constantly chase after them for status...very long and I mean very long service time. My RV has been out of commission for over 75 days total. NO exaggeration. It sat in my driveway for half that time because they improperly installed the 5th wheel hitch. I rarely seriously lose my cool...but I did...it seems screaming and yelling lights a fire for them to react. My fiancé and I got to use the RV about 10 days worth...3 long weekends worth. It really is sad and heartbreaking. Keystone do make great RV's. This recent mess made me realize I need to tell people to not go there. I lost my water heater access door on the highway...told the truth to Camping World...took them a month to get the part and now shipping to me as we speak. This part was charged to me $52.00...got me thinking...called the manufacturer directly and found out that Camping World put this part as a "Defective Part" and got it for FREE from the manufacturer and then charged me for this part. What startled me was that they charged me when they got the part for FREE. So, we as customer's get screwed. read more

i had a very nice time at this camping world. better then the others. the service was fast & amazing. everyone who works there is just the sweetest and has never hurt a fly. they got me in and out of there in no time. my sister & i especially loved the animal section and its creativity. i hope to come back again one day. by far the best camping world. i loved the employees and their dedication to work. read more

The Service representative (Camping World of St. Augustine, Florida) knew that we had an existing tow package on our rig. I ordered a tow plate for her new car. They did not ask what our total package was in order the wrong thing. After they installed the tow plate we found out they were incompatible. When I complained they indicated that it was my fault. After all I should have known better. This wasted me nearly a month to get this installed. They gave me no discount for my inconvenience. I've dealt with camping world elsewhere and had good service. The actual service technician/mechanic was quite helpful, the service representative and his manager put the blame on us but didn't take any blame for themselves. read more

Since buying my coach from another dealer, i was very disappointed by the way they handled my service issues. it was then that I decided to go with Camping World. This is when I met Jeff Pyne, Service Advisor. Talk about a positive change. Jeff handles my interests exclusively. He is straight forward, non nonsense kind of professional. He always has a very positive and trustworthy demeanor and is always willing to give me his best. Jeff is the consummate professional whose work ethic is exemplary. Always courteous, knowledgeable and represents his company well. One characteristic I like most about Jeff is he's a communicator and that's important to me to know what's going on with my service work. I'm glad I made the switch from the "other guys" and glad Jeff handles my concerns. Finally, and not lastly, Jeff is an all around nice guy who is a pleasure to work with and hoping to for a long time. Thanks Jeff for everything. read more

Worst service i have ever had after a purchase, I bought a 2017 Keystone Bullitt travel trailer and had 2 minor warranty repairs needed. Dropped it off on the way back from a trip Dec 15 2016 and was told they would write it up for service on Jan 4. No repairs ever done, tired of waiting, no return phone calls, picked it up today Jan 20 2017, was told one repair would be done but had not been. Worst service ever, so glad I did not buy the extended service contract, will never go back. read more

Beware if buying a used unit from Camping World St. Augustine. We bought a 2013 used unit and were assured the tires were fine. Pulled it home (40 miles) and 3 days later a tire exploded while the 5th wheel was parked in my driveway. I notified Camping World with my concerns as all 5 tires were from the same lot 42nd week of 2012. Two weeks later we start on our first trip and 10 miles from our house we have another tire explode. Called Camping World again for help BUT it was a Saturday (labor day weekend) and as you can guess they offered no help. They advised I call my Road Hazard company and file a claim. Six hours on the side of the road in the rain and $1400 later we were able to get the 5th wheel back home. The next day as we start back on our trip we see all the side panel damage caused by the 2nd tire exploding. Again called Camping World and advise that I expected the damaged to be repaired and the 5 tires and the damaged rim reimbursed. Can you believe the GM Ken Stumpe tried to tell me we ran over something twice. Unbelievable! Then they come back with we were able to get the R/H company to cover all but $300 on the tires and we have reduced the body repair done from $2800 to $1700. They want me to pay $2K to get the 5th wheel back to the condition it was in before the defective tires exploded. I paid $40k plus a $7K trade for this 5ht wheel. If they would have said the tires needed to be replaced I would have negotiated the price down. Thank goodness neither of the 2 blow outs occurred while we were traveling over the Shad's 2 lane bridge. This could have been tragic. Huge safety issue! Randy Rahe with Camping World has refused to to resolve this issue. I will continue to post negative reviews until my 5th wheel is repaired and I am reimbursed entirely for the tires. Terrible customer service! I feel they are only concerned with making a profit. It seems customer safety and customer satisfaction is not a priority. read more
