We just got this unit in, and it is in poor condition and definitely a fixer-upper. The smell in this unit is so bad you can't stand in it to do the video. We are going to put a bomb in it to try and correct the smell and dump the tanks. Hopefully that will make it tolerable. It is going to be sold AS IS, and if you still have some interest I will have the salesperson get you the video once we can get the smell a little under control. We owned an older travel trailer and had 2 tire blow outs in the same day on the way home from a trip. We were just going to have it fixed and trade it in for a newer one that suited our needs better. We had already gone to a few other dealers to look at travel trailers so we already knew pretty much the floor plan and amenities we wanted so we just needed to narrow it down to make and model. They put us with salesman Gerald. He showed us new and used trailers with what we wanted and others just to make sure it wasn't something we didn't think about. We were up front that we still had to get ours fixed first before we could purchase a new one. He got us with service so they could get an estimate written. Ours ended up having $14,000 in damage and ended up being a total loss. Gerald was so patient and allowed us to put a deposit on the one we wanted until we settled with our insurance company. This took almost a month but Gerald still held the one for us. Not one time did Gerald try to pressure us into buying a better model or something that didn't make sense for us. We finally settled with the insurance company was ready to purchase. Gerald got us scheduled with finance and delivery within a few days. Both of these teams were outstanding. Quick and easy. They advised of additional warranties and upgrades to purchase but no pressure and moved right on when we declined. The delivery guy that showed us how to work everything spent almost 2 hours with us. Everyone at modern Trailer Sales were outstanding. You get a gift certificate and discount in parts on the day of delivery. Even the parts department was great in our special order for what we wanted. We could have purchased this floor plan at a couple of different dealers but Gerald is what made us want to do business at Modern Trailer Sales. I have and will always recommend this place for sales and service.

We arrived at the store about 5:45 and was greeted graciously by a very nice receptionist who then handed us over to Bernice Friedberg. We went to Bernice's office where she spent time getting to know us and what we were looking for in an RV. I told her I was a novice when it comes to RV'S and she made us both feel very comfortable and relaxed. While in her office we laughed and joked with each other as she was taking notes on what might interest us. We then went to the lot and looked at RV'S. It was evident Bernice was an experienced professional who really knew her stuff. We spent at least 90 minutes going through vehicles, talking and laughing together. Bernice did a great job building trust, thus building a solid relationship with both of us. Even though we told Bernice we were just looking and we might never purchase a vehicle, and frankly she might never see us again, she never flinched or acted like she was short on time. It was about 7:30 PM when we all hugged each other and said our good-bye's. I felt like I had made a new friend. Bernice and I even got our picture together!! I am Yelp Elite so this review with a picture will be on Yelp later today. Salespeople like Bernice are the face of a company. As stated, Colerain will receive a great Yelp Review because of our experience last night. Lastly, because of this experience, if I ever purchase an RV from anywhere, I will make sure I call Bernice first. If I find what I think might be a better deal somewhere else, I will give Bernice a chance to beat the deal. Colerain is lucky to have a salesperson like Bernice as she nailed customer service as well as it can be accomplished. Too many bad repairs. Too many- couldn't duplicate. Oh, and if you ask for paperwork on winterizing your beans new RV and they tell you they show you how the first time, and it's included, dont believe them. Double check to make sure your parts are in before going in for your repair appointment. Too many times ours weren't. Total waste of our time. Of course they deny everything. Glad I got the extended warranty from Jayco. Equally glad I did not get the service warranty from BlueCompass. ​​​
