Obviously Matt is a busy guy but his work ethic is outstanding and he is part of the rare breed of service providers these days who cares. He can multi task and i feel that his work is efficient. He test drove the car right away, and is now under the hood on another call with Red Bull drink waiting and diagnosing the issue and already has a suspect glow plug yanked out. He hasn't done any quoted work for me yet but he is getting 5 stars for who he is - energetic, caring, competent and for what he is doing at a brisk pace for me wo an appointment. He is hustling for me and it is appreciated. I have not seen this level of effort and service in a long time. If I lived here he would be my mechanic!

Since I didn't want to have them fix it for me (the van wasn't even worth that much), they put my battery on the charger over the holiday weekend while they weren't even there, so I could move it off of their lot. When I went in to pick it up, they charged me $60.00!!! They didn't even do anything! It took them a few minutes to figure out what was wrong, and charged a new battery while they were gone for the weekend. I could not believe it! They charged almost half of what the guy who ended up doing the work for me charged, and they didn't even fix it! WOW!! I do NOT advise anyone to go here!
