Allen Reiser is the best! I recently purchased my first travel trailer from Campingworld, Kingston. The whole process was overwhelming, however, one staff member was a shining star. Allen Reiser from the service department is amazing. He is friendly, kind, attentive and patient. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience. Can not say enough about this guy, just great. Tyler was our salesmen, very nice guy. Also went above and beyond to help us out. He always answered my calls, returned emails and listened to my concerns. The problem here is management. VERY poorly managed. Very poor customer service. read more

we recently wrote a review about a brand new 2021 Puoneer camper we purchased through Campers world. our camper has a significant leak on the slider, causing $6000 worth of structural damdage. camoers world claims it was our negligence. we maintained this camper and did the seal checks, winterization, and all. we used the camper for the first time this last fall. when we opened the slide we discovered significant mold and water damage. the seals and all were checked in the spring. campers world has not helped rectify this matter at all, claiming negligence on our part. corporate has nor helped in anyway, saying we needEd to prove we maintained the camper. how? write a letter? we received a comment from Marcus VIP. I immediately emailed this email and again have heard nothing. just crickets. campers world does not have good customer care nor service at all. the company does not answer customer concerns either. I would highly recommend NOT purchasing a camper from camoers world. it is truly the worst experience ever. we are a first time camper owner, and now have $30,000 camper we can not use. it's sad to finally purchase something youve always wanted and have this experience. I suggest purchasing a camper from a family owned business over campers wold anytime. hopefully we will be able to do this in the future. read more

If there was a no star rating, I'd use it. One star is too much. My experience of Camper World felt like were fraudulent, dishonest and irresponsible. I brought my pop up camper in for a minor electrical issue and an issue with the sink not draining properly. They charged me an hour to diagnose the problems and then an additional hour for each fix (3 hours)....the drain hose needed to be reattached (a 2-3 minute job) and the electrical issue was a loose wire....how long could it take to tighten a loose connection you already took a half hour to diagnose? Total cost....$450! As if that wasn't bad enough....add insult to injury....we get home and open the camper. They tore the canvas screen and plastic window while closing it up! When I then called, they said we had done it. Clearly the technician forced the bed in and caught the screen tent pulling the bed off the track. My wife and I are obsessively careful about assuring the canvas and screening are folded neatly on the bed after it's rolled in so it doesn't get hung up. They took pictures, unquestionably after the fact....saying that's how they found it. Indeed, if it was serious enough for them to take pictures, why no phone call to the owner or inform the owner when picking the camper up. Never again! Stay clear of this place. read more

Bought a camper back in Sept 2020, they sold us the camper when they knew it has issues. Dropped it off mid Nov 2020 for repairs and other items that were missing (no window screen, blinds missing and/or broken). We were told we'd have it back by Christmas, just picked it up today April 3rd and guess what, the blinds were still broken. The service area is horrible! David emailed us every Friday letting us know parts were on back order and that due to COVID the ETA was unknown. I took matters in my own hands and contacted the manufacturer who connected me with the aorta area. Spoke to a wonderful man who told me that all parts were delivered months ago and the only part on back order was a window screen! Which could have been mailed directly to me!! So I called David back at camping world to let him know what I discovered and he told me "I don't know what's missing, I go by the emails I receive from the parts department". I told him he can mail me the screen, that I want to pick up my camper. Camper goes through inspection, and the original blinds on the work order is still broken so now I have to wait for them to order one. Come to pick up the camper after they had it for almost 4 1/2 months and the blinds are laying on the bed. Horrible place, horrible experience, very unorganized. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO BUY A CAMPER. Managers are never in or never call you back. The place always sells like a backed up sewer too. read more

Wow I came here to look at RVs and campers. While the salesman flirted with the receptionist, I waited. I asked to see if there was anything modern. No salesman, no nothing: the receptionist was still flirting with a Salesman behind the mirror glass just said no. My first experience at a camping store and I was quite impressed with everything they had. We also purchased an RV from them and the sales staff was very nice. We needed some modifications to our truck to be able to hook up the RV and the service area took care of it in no time. I had called Camping World in Kingston a few times before to get basic information and spoke to two different sales reps, they both told me they would get back to me with the information I was looking for and never did. So we finally decided to go in. Had a lovely salesman Jose who took the time to walk us through many campers trying to see what could be the best fit for our family. He was great. We had never thought about buying new, but were told there were better interest rates and longer terms on the loan. After discussing our trade and giving some information, Sales Manager Mike Lucido came in and began to belittle us for thinking we could afford a new camper. Never is all my life have I ever been treated that way for wanting to GIVE a business our money. Instead of approaching the situation and saying, what can we do to make this a better deal or ask if we could put more money down, he instead just sat there and badgered us. From the minute he sat down, he had this arrogant way about him. He should be fired! He's not suited for customer service, perhaps janitorial work. Camping World in Kingston you will never get our business and when it comes time to renew our Good Sam's membership, we won't be doing that either. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Spend your hard earned money at another shop. At first nice, but then discovered it was all a lie. 4 weeks we waited for the prep work to be done on our new RV. 6 weeks it is still missing television and privacy shade functions!! They just flat out never prepped our RV! Missing and broken items not to mention no communication of any substance as to correcting the problems! Stay away! They will rip you off and when you point that out they will never return your phone calls or emails. My wife and I went to purchase a travel trailer and it had been a disaster. First of all, we went to look at campers and didn't get to talk to a salesman because they were with other customers we were told. So we walked around and looked at the campers ourselves. We went home and decided on a camper. We went back a week later to purchase a camper. We knew we wanted a bunkhouse with the "Elite package". We spent 4 hours there to sign 3 papers for a camper they told us had the "Elite Package". We brought it home the next Saturday and started to really go through it. Horrible experience. My wife and I have been looking for a camper for a few months now. We decided on a dealer, because we didn't want the hassle of buying one from a private seller. Camping world (formerly Campers Barn) is close by. Went to look at a camper on 5/31. Salesman didn't seem to know much about campers. Good thing we already had some in mind to look at, because we looked at what was for sale on their website. We found one we liked and started the negotiation to buy the camper. We paid cash. First, we wanted to know how much the hitching and brake controller would be. The salesman told me that the service dept was busy and they would call me that afternoon with the estimate. Needless to say, no one called. Sunday comes and goes, no call. Monday comes and still no call. I call them and ask for the service dept. They take my name and number and tell me they'll call me back in a few minutes. Well, Monday is over and no call. Tuesday, I call back and ask the salesman to find out what's going on. He assured me that he himself would call me before close of business that day with the estimates. Well, Tuesday does come to an end and I still don't have a price. The sales guy does call me and I must have been in a bad reception area, because I got a voice mail, but no missed call. Anyway, the salesman tells me that he was still waiting on the service dept and that he would have it to me by next day at noon. He does call at noon and has a price. Way over priced. Being that I was waiting so long, I was looking around at how much the parts would be. The WD and sway controller part on their website is $241. But to buy from the store it was $379. I researched it more and all of their competition was around $200-$230 for this part. Should only take about an hour to install, or less really because the camper already had the sway control ball on the camper. I started questioning the price and the salesman transferred me to someone else. Convenienly I got this persons voice mail. No returned called. I call again on Thursday and ask for a store manager. Again, got voice mail and no call back. We went to pick it up on Saturday 6/7 and have everything installed. We overheard some other customers complaining about how no one got back to them etc. I complained about no one calling back etc. They knocked off a few bucks. Sweet right? Well, we started out at 9:00AM and didn't leave until 1:30PM. All they had to do was install the brake controller and hook up the hitch. Finally, we're out of there. Get home un-hook. I head down the road and turn the A/C on. Guess, what doesn't work. I call the salesman and he says to bring it over on Monday, since service dept was now closed and closed on Sunday. I bring it back on 6/9 and they take it in. Took only a few minutes. Turns out to be a blown fuse. Now they want to bill me $30? Are you kidding me. No way. It's not related they say. At this point I"m livid. You mean to tell me at 9:00AM my A/C worked and after they got done with it it didn't, yet it's not related? I told the guy I'd pay for the fuse, but wasn't going to pay $29 for someone to put a new fuse in. About had to call the police, because they weren't going to give me my vehicle back until I paid. I guess after they saw me dialing, they wanted to talk. The service manager brings me back into his office, comes up with a bunch of excuses and the waives the fee. Damage is already done. Wouldn't go back there for anything, nor recommend to anyone that they do business with Camping World! read more

Ok. So, in my review on the Camping World location in Monticello, Mn, I told how they had worked on my Camper, and I was broke down in Pennsylvania. After a second bearing burn out, I took it to the Kingston NY location. They pulled all the bearings and serviced them. I was guaranteed that I would be able to make it back to Minnesota. Here I am, stuck in the side of Route 80, with a third bad bearing. I've never had a problem with this camper, until Camping World can into my life. After repeated calls to the Kingston location, I was told that my brake gain on my controller was set too high. There are a few problems with that. I have an engine brake on my truck, so I rarely use the trailer brakes. I may have tapped them twice, the entire trip. When a fellow motorist told me about the smoke, I stopped and checked. The other three were cool to the touch, so that negates the brake controller theory. I also called Heartland RV, while stuck here, and they told me that the only way that could happen was if the bearings were installed too tight. After explaining all this to the service advisor at Kingston, George Becker, he pretty much called me a liar, and hung up. This isn't over. I have read the horror stories about Camping World. I stayed away from them because of the reviews. Well, my experience was just the best. George at the service desk was just fantastic. All I needed was an oil change and on my way in for the service my Lippert leveling system went haywire. Lights started flashing, bells started ringing. If you took time to read the instructions, that basically means your system just got hit by a nuclear weapon. When the unit was ready to be picked up everything was fixed and George reset the system in like five minutes. Total cost? The price of the oil change. Horrible, horrible, horrible! We stopped in to look at furniture (sofas and recliners) that were advertised in the Summer Savings Hottest Deals of the Year mailing we received. We were passed to five different individuals at opposite ends of the store. The first four had no idea what we were talking about. The fourth person we were passed off to asked us to show her in the catalog where the furniture was advertised. When we did, she referred us to a 5th person who informed us they did not have any of the items in stock. She said that there were some at the other end of the store in the 'waiting' area. We had been there already, but the staff sid it was just a waiting room and not the furniture they sold. The staff was the most unfriendly, uncaring and uninformed retail staff I have encountered in years. The only good thing about this visit is we know we don't ever have to come back! read more

Needed some minor work done on or travel trailer. Called them and they said to be there at 8 am on a Saturday morning. Has we live an hour and a half away, we came the night before and camped out in their parking lot. At 8 we went to the service desk and was told they only do confirmed service appointments on Saturday. Asked who told us to come in. Of course when we called, we didn't ask for a name. So they said they will get to it. Tick, tick, tick.. hanging around the store... nothing. Kept asking and they said they will get to it. At 4 PM we went to the service desk and they told us they won't be able to get to it. Would have been nice if they told us that 8 hours earlier!!! Had friends go here to pick up their new trailer that was being prepped. Was told by they couldn't find it! 3 hours later, they found it. How can you lose a 30' new travel trailer???? Only reason they get 2 stars is the store has a great selection of items. Expensive, but you usually find what you need. read more

I had my Jayco Whitehawk travel trailer serviced by campers World of Kingston in May. I had the roof re-sealed the bearings packed with grease had the tires replaced. The tires cost a lot more than if I had it done at a tire shop. I decided to have it done at campers World out of convenience. When I drove my camper home and parked it one of the tires slowly when flat. I was going on vacation and need it to get fixed immediately. Campers world was closed so I had to bring it to a Mavis tire and had a replacement. The technician at Mavis stated I had a defect in the tire and it was a pinhole. I called campers world and spoke with Nick in the service department about my issue. He said "I obviously ran over a nail or something". I asked him how I would get a pin hole on the side of the of the tire from a nail and he said "on the road". This was clearly a defect. Save yourself some aggravation and avoid this place. read more

Don't buy an Rv from this place. You have to wait at least 30 min to see someone. The sales rep dented the bumper on our Rv during the test drive. On the day we picked up the Rv an appraiser approached us about our trade and was told to renegotiate the trade because they were "losing" $3000 on the trade. During finance with their rep he gave the wrong figures for our monthly payment and I the buyer was the one who caught the mistake. They are not professionals and all they care about is your money and not customer service. read more

The buying experience was like any other but the customer service was downright insulting! Dave called me a liar. So strange that I would lie about a leak in my brand new camper. I really wasn't making it up for the fun of it, nor do I want to drive an hour there and back to have it looked at in FIVE weeks when they can squeeze it in, after my summer trips of course. When I asked Dave in service if I could please speak to someone else because he was being so rude to me he proceeded to tell me "I'm all you've got, no one else here to deal with your problem" I was appalled at the treatment that I just stopped the madness and got off the phone. I have been to another Camping World so I have something to compare with. Camping World of Kingston is definitely a good one. I needed end caps for my awning on my RV. I called Camping World and I was put in touch with Lisa Lang, Retail Product Specialist. After doing what needed to be done to get the product ordered, I was emailed when it came in. I set up an appointment to have that done and two other minor things. In less than an hour the job was done. David Yegelwell, Service Advisor checked my RV in and out. When he checked it in we walked around the RV and I showed him my concerns. When it was done he explained what the service technician's findings were and what was done. He went over the bill and there were no surprises. Everyone that I met in the service area and in the store were friendly and helpful. When my RV needs service, I will definitely be back. read more

If all your looking for is to purchase a camper you'll probably be ok. If you want someone to take your call if there is an issue after you've bought your camper you might want to look elsewhere. We purchased a new travel trailer in 2015 everything went fine. We had no issues with the camper and never had to go in for service. Come to find out when we traded in the 2015 camper for a new 2018 fifth wheel in September 2017 that we were given a lot of miss information. And then there was the problem that we noticed 6 days after purchase. When we purchased the 2015 camper we chose the one we did because it had a 2 year manufactures warranty and then we purchased what we were told was a 3 year extended warranty that would go into effect when the manufactures warranty ended. I asked that specific question and that was what we were told. So 2 years pass never had a problem with the first camper just wanted a fifth wheel. So we go back to Camping World of Kingston and find exactly what we wanted. We make a deal we're satisfied with even though we took a huge hit on the first camper that still looked brand new but we expected that (still hurts though) 5 days after picking up the fifth wheel we are packing to take it out and realize there is an issue with the refrigerator the freezer is cold but the fridge is getting warmer. So following the manufacturers trouble shooting guide we turn it off but off course its 6 pm so no one is in the service department to help. The next morning we get up I call Camping World of Kingston no one is available they're all in a meeting, ok I get it. I call Good Sams because we bought all the roadside assistance, extended warranty pretty much everything. After 20-30 calls to different numbers and everyone telling me I'm calling the wrong number and they can't help me, I'm livid my blood pressure is through the roof and now I'm on a mission 10 calls to Camping World of Kingston the service department tells us that they are booked 6 weeks out and we can make an appointment. My other calls requested a manager (Sales, General) don't care at this point they keep putting me into service or disconnecting me. After 4 hours I gave up we had turned the fridge back on and it seemed to be ok we pack up and leave. Next day same thing happens. We start making calls same story no one is taking our calls. We finally called Keystone who was wonderful they authorized a on site repair problem is Camping world sells roadside assistance but doesn't actually offer it out of this location and the other mobile techs listed on line never answered the phone so another service we paid for that is useless. We get a competitor of Camping world on the phone got the service manager on the 1 st try gave us the number of a mobile tech had a nice conversation gave us some useful information. Call the mobile tech (out of Albany) who would be happy to come look but when he finds out what the problem is and the model and serial number says I can come but I can't fix it. This is a well known problem with that model, the manufactures says its the fridge , Dometic who makes the fridge says its the installation. The problem is that in the heat of the day the fridge gets warmer and warmer the freezer is fine. We call camping world back and speak to the service manager who makes a concession and agrees to get us in the following week. I email the morning we are supposed to go and get no response we show up with the camper and get "I don't know why your here, we can't look at for 6 weeks" we told him he told us to bring it up and he did get it in. And I don't want to bash him because honestly he's pretty much the only one who tried to help. He took the camper "watched" it for 48 hours but didn't see an issue (but the outside temperature had dropped considerable and it wasn't being used as it would be normally, it was being watched) Keystone is aware of the issue and we will address is next season if need be. So now its December and we're still waiting for the refund on the extended warranty that from what we were told had never kicked in as the manufacturers warranty on the first camper was still in effect. I've made multiple calls to check that the cancellation was put through and the refund was on its way. Finally after calling camping world of kingston and getting the answer I had gotten for the past 3 months I called Good Sams extended warranty directly and was connected to Assurian who said that they had never received a request to cancel that policy but that I could send them a letter and get the ball rolling which I did. 3 days later camping world called and said the refund was being processed and it was for a little over 1/2 of what we paid. Well they guy who told us that it was a 3 year warranty that kicked in when the manufactures warranty expired was wrong. Its a 5 year warranty and we've used 2 years of it and are only getting about 1/2 back. STAY AWAY from CWK read more

Worked with Sales agent Carl Brown. Put a deposit down on a Jayco travel trailer on 7/10/2016. Many phone calls and hassle to get a lien free clear title. 10 days later they still haven't produced a title. Should have read reviews on Camping World of Kingston Yelp and 536 complaints filed with Better business bureau in the last 3 years. We have requested they return our $2000 deposit and cancel purchase. Will update review with my experience on how they handle this. Stay tuned! Took weeks but finally got deposit back. So yeah, I read the previous reviews and of course any time you're buying a large item like a camper you need to be prepared to go through the whole sales process. But we went in knowing what we wanted and what we were willing to pay and the staff was very friendly and accommodating! Our salesman Vincent was knowledgeable and willing to work with us to find just the right camper. We picked our camper up in less than one week with the added benefit of being shown all the ins and outs of our new camper by Charlie, one of their techs who showed us how to work all of our gadgets including a run down on winterizing the camper which was extremely helpful! I took two friends to this Camping World- formerly Campers Barn- this afternoon. We are both in the market to upgrade our homes on wheels and were excited about looking at new possibilities. Not ONE person approached us at ANY time during our visit. Several employees looked right through us without even the courtesy of a 'hello' or 'can I help you'. We walked through the sales lot - all doors were locked - so we had no idea if there was anything that we would have liked or not. One salesman was out there with a prospective buyer, but even he didn't have the courtesy to ask if we would like to see a sales rep. Back inside, my friends selected a few items for their MotorHome - sales staff walked by us several times, but NO ONE even gave us the time of day. Just before leaving, I approached what appeared to be the finance manager, sitting at a desk with TWO more employees doing nothing, and smilingly thanked them for saving us thousands of dollars. When he said thank you, he was glad they could be of help, I commented that I was not saying that as a compliment, but CW had just lost two potential sales, thanks to their non-existent customer service in EVERY department. As we walked out to my pick-up truck, a salesman came hurrying out after us, groveling, trying to get us to return - even more so when he saw my fifth-wheel hitch. We told him we would drive the several hundred miles to the dealerships where we purchased our present rigs - where they care about customers. In fairness to Camping World, we have been to many across the country - all of which have someone saying hello, with a smile, and pointing you in the right direction. Likewise, their staff us generally friendly and helpful. Camping World of Kingston, New York? Fuggeddaboutit. Sadly, they don't even rate the one star read more

inquired on a travel trailer on their website and received a email from camping world in kingston n.y. to come see the trailer that i inquired on. when i called to make appointment to see the trailer in kingston i asked the sales rep if the trailer was in their inventory she put me on hold for a few minutes and then told me that they did not have it in stock. smells like switch and bait. just trying to sell leftovers that they can not sell. read more

Used to be campers barn and it wasn't a very good place to do business. I thought with the new ownership and being affiliated with a quality organization like good Sam that quality of service would improve. I was wrong. The salesman was clueless, the sales manager was extremely rude, and there out of the door price was almost 8 grand higher than advertised on the internet. If you are looking for a RV dealership that provides customer service, I advise you to look elsewhere. Good luck walking in and finding an available salesman; plan a lot of time if you are visiting this dealership. My family and I walked around for a while checking out the many options and were able to speak with a salesman after an hour or so. I do have to say the salesman who we met with, Don, was very nice and extremely helpful. An interesting note about the prices of the campers is that there is no room for negotiating price. What you see is what you get, they wouldn't even negotiate a few hundreds dollars off. They pretty much said their sticker price is there best offer. Even with not being able to negotiate a lower price Don was personable and so helpful that we put a deposit on a camper we really liked. This is the point where everything started going in the wrong direction. It was the end of the day on a Sunday and Don told us Joe, the finance manager, would be in contact on Monday to go over the financing and arrange for delivery. Monday came around and I had not heard from Joe all day. I called once mid day and another time in the afternoon. I kept being told he was with other customers, very busy day, many deliveries, etc. The lady answering the phone advised me to leave him a voicemail, which I did, and he would get back to me when he was finished with the customer he was with. Needless to say you can guess that he never called me back Monday. Tuesday came around and mid day I called again; he was off on Tuesday. Wednesday comes around and I still have not heard from Joe. I called 1st thing in the morning, then mid day, then in the afternoon. Same story as Monday, busy with customers all day, very busy, lots of deliveries today, etc. I understand that things can get busy and maybe there were many sales he was handling, but picking up the phone and just calling back to personally let me know he values me as a customer and arrange a time to speak would have only taken a few moments. I felt like I was hunting this guy down and he didn't even have decency to take 2 minutes between customers for this small gesture acknowledging I existed. Finally, Thursday I get a call around 9am with an apology and varying excuses. I let him know I couldn't speak at that moment because I was at work and was about to go into a meeting. I let him know I can speak any time after 12pm if he could set aside some time for me to call him then. He told me not to worry about calling him, he would call me right at 12pm and we can go over the details and arrange delivery. I went through the day and no return call. After 2pm I called and guess what he was in with customers, very busy, a lot of deliveries today. I called back at 4:30 and he was gone for the day. Friday mid day Joe finally called me back. The financing was much higher than what was anticipated (We had been at another RV dealer the week before, ran the credit report, and received a score and financing APR so we knew what to expect). I shared that his rate was much higher than the other dealer and credit score much lower; he told me these things can change within the matter of days, there are different credit agencies, etc. I was not comfortable with the significantly higher rate so I told him we would put in my information (My wife was doing the financing) and see if we get a better rate. We agreed I would fill out the online financing form and he would get back to me Monday. On Monday I waited most of the day and had not heard from Joe. I called around 3pm and 4:30 and got the same busy with other customers excuses. At around 7pm I received a call from Joe (I do give him credit that he did call on Monday though a few hours too late). He shared the financing (which was lower than the original quote but still higher than the other dealership) but I told him that due to his poor customer service I am requesting a refund on my deposit and taking my business elsewhere. To summarize my experience; extremely long waits, no room to negotiate prices, high financing rates compared to other dealers, and extremely poor customer service. Maybe I'm old school but customer service and responsiveness is a high priority of mine, especially when I'm spending 10's of thousands of dollars. Hopefully they will see this review with that of so many others and realize they need to change their practices at Camping World of Kingston. Absolute worst experience of my life. We bought a trailer in May and still have not received our license plates. Our salesman John Day refused my calls, never responded to my emails or voicemails. I requested to speak to a manager multiple times and was told no one was able to help me. I finally after 5 days of phone calls got to speak to the dmv processing lady Anna. She was unable to tell me why the plates hadn't been processed after 3 months. After multiple emails she finally figured it out and sent me incomplete forms to fill out. She has asked for my personal information about 5 times but refuses to tell me where it's being sent. I ask questions and they go unanswered. I have spent more time in the phone with the dmv and the bank trying to sort out their mess. They won't allow you to process your own dmv they force you to use their incompetent staff and processing company. I'm beyond frustrated and still don't have any plates and our temporary tag had been explored since June. I'll be consulting a lawyer next. read more

Our experience at Kingston camping world was a nightmare. Our service rep was inexperienced and clueless...he totally ignored what we said the problem was and what was supposed to take 3 weeks ended up taking over two months....after eight weeks he called us up letting us know what the problem was...surprise!! it was exactly what we said eight weeks ago. We finally picked up our motor home in disgust and brought it home only partially repaired..Never again will we get repairs done at camping world...we rate them a zero. They charged us way too much for the little they did. read more

Went to Camping World as first time Class B RV Motorhome Campers. Needed some basic items and drove from CT over to try and outfit some of our needs. In the store area, no one offer any help. Got to the parts guy in front of the store, and he was in fact the only saving grace and was knowledgeable and able to answer my question. Looked for a Awning Crank and the woman at the front of the store said she didn't have one. Yet hanging on the wall behind her was exactly what I was looking for. She told me its a special order and even if ordered doesn't know when it would be in. I asked if I could order it and have it delivered to my residence, and with an attitude of indifference said no and gave no no explanation as to why not. She came across as being put out and annoyed. Overall, at least as the indoor sales staff goes, horrible. This is one reason people are buying online, as I will be doing from now on. read more

Nightmare!! Stay far away. Purchased a brand new RV from them in May of 13'. And it is a disaster. Service is atrocious. Once I waited there 7 hours only to be told my part was not in. I have been waiting 4 days for a return call as they have yet to fix and are refusing to fix what they put in writing they said they would fix. This place rates as my TOP worst companies I have ever delt with. My husband and I bought a used trailer from them 7 months ago and within our first time using it the slide out fell out. Yes the cables broke and we had to keep it closed our whole trip. Brought it back to them to be fixed. They had it back in there possession longer then we did. With NO ANSWERS. We received it back after a few months to take it out again to find out the slide out is Leaking and the seal they replaced FELL off. The customer service in this place is awful! I never received a call back from anyone and when I did I was told even though we had horrible rain.... no one checked my leak when I rained! I called again today to be told George in service was again on the phone.... I'm pretty sure he doesn't listen to his voicemails.... I called back just not to be told he wasn't even in today. So these people are not only RUDE but LIARS. I have now missed out on a yearly campsite because of these people. Don't let them waist your time too! read more

Still waiting on a reply from Mr Dagostino about a price match on a used unit ..... We are not "new" to this, We don't need the dog and pony show, just need to know if they are willing to come down in price on an over priced used unit.....
