Was shouted at over the phone when I called to ask for an update on the car I had dropped off. Was told he wouldn't work on it and to have it towed away to another shop citing that there were "too many cars in line" "people are always calling and interrupting me while I'm working". When picking up the car I tried to explain that I was only calling because of the timeline they gave me and the owner shouted at me threatened to fight me in the office?! Honestly, it seemed like he was having a nervous breakdown, so yeah, wouldn't recommend. Pretty insane way to treat customers.

They are very fair priced and worth bringing your vehicles to whether it's for an oil change, gas fill ups, alignments, tire rotations or even new tires, new rotors/brakes, tuneups, suspension/steering work, any type of electrical issues or even for a NYS Inspection they are the shop to go! They are a very well-connected when it comes to part distribution shops in the area so they can easily access parts for your vehicle usually within 20 minutes of calling it in! They do occasionally accept walk-ins from time to time, but it's always better that you call ahead of time and make an appointment. You will always be guaranteed fast, friendly, courteous service from the crew over there! They also have some of the cheapest fuel prices for 87 octane gas, 91 Premium Octane Non-ethanol gasoline, as well as very fair priced diesel, and grill propane cylinder exchanges in the area! They also offer towing services if you get stranded or get into a crash! They only have 4 lifts but the crew usually pumps out over a dozen cars a day! So I called Joe at Meineke. Come right in, he said. Joe and crew got me in and out the same day, with no appointment; and dealt with the warranty company so all I had to pay was the deductible. This isn't the first time Joe has helped me out on short notice, by the way. He always does his best to get you scheduled and your car repaired as soon as possible. He also has good mechanics working for him, so the work gets done right. This shop also provides loaner cars if needed, which is a rare thing these days. I didn't need one because I had nowhere to go anyway, but I was repeatedly offered one. In a nutshell, highly recommended.

I go in to get my cars alignment done and end up being stranded in their parking lot on an extremely hot day with my two young kids (2 and 7 month) due to their negligence. My car was fine until it was time to pay and i got told "the caliper piston was leaking and thats why the brakes felt weird" i replied they didnt feel weird before coming here (i know my car) So i go out to my car, start it, put it in drive and my foot literally goes to the floor as my car is rolling forward so i quickly put it back in park....my mechanically inclined brother goes to investigate and low and behold my brake hose was broken.....brake fluid all over the ground! THOSE BRAKE LINES WERE DONE 8 MONTHS AGO!!!! PRACTICALLY BRAND NEW!!!! What do i get told by people at vancleecks? That it was my fault, that i brought my car to them like that, they even went as far as telling me where i parked had brake fluid on the ground which it wasnt brake fluid....it was oil cause my car has an oil leak! He gave me a honest appraisal of the work involved, the options and the cause. He also searched for the part and was ready to order as soon as I made a decision. 2. As I found out when I finally go the work done elsewhere - Jim's price for parts and labor was dramatically lower than what I paid at the other shop.
