So we were overcharged. In less than 24 hours we wanted to take this 'new' car back. They absolutely refused to do it and would not return my car that we traded in. Now in the two months that we've had this "new" car we have had nothing but problems dealing with these people. Part of our deal was to repair the liftgate which wasn't working properly and was very noisy on this 'new' vehicle. After waiting 5 weeks, and having taken the car back twice for repairs, they finally got all the parts in and fixed the liftgate. But while the vehicle was there they cracked the windshield and then refused to repair it. These are your typical awful car salesmen/people that you hear about but hope to never encounter! Everything from the sales people to the managers to the service people are horrible. One service technician was so rude and disrespectful that I requested to speak with the service manager two different times to no avail! I finally had enough and told the salesman and service that I would not speak with anyone there any further. I stated to have a service manager call my husband. After several days a service advisor called my husband back. But first I had to deal with a rude service person over the phone, who also left me an incredibly bizarre voicemail prior. The service manager would not do anything to take care of this and just said it was unfortunate and we had to go to our insurance company about it! We are both livid and considering taking them to Small Claims Court. We'll see... I would just stay away from this business. They certainly don't cater to locals like us and definitely are in it only for the sales money coming in and don't care whether you come back for service with them. I would steer clear of these people and this dealership. It's not worth all the risks in dealing with them.

After many unanswered phone calls and no call backs.. a " we can get to you in 6 weeks" .. we called here.. the lady on the phone, Chasity, said with extreme confidence to come on in the next day and they will fix us right up and get us on our way. So off we went. When we got here someone came out right away and said they would get right on it. Within a few hours they had our lights fixed. Turned out we needed a new brake as well.. they didn't have one on hand but one of the mechanics said he could pick one up from somewhere on the way to work the next day.. ( much better than waiting on an ordered part) he did, and they had it all done before noon. He didnt have to do that, but we totally appreciate it! Chasity had the warranty claim working before we got there, so it went pretty smooth. Everyone was super nice and helpful. And because of their quick service we are back on the road in less than 24 hours. I highly recommend them for quick, attentive and knowledgeable service! Our 40' Class A RV broke down on I-65 just south of Bowling Green,KY. The hydraulic oil cooler fell…read moreout! The engine shut down. Every place is shut down for the weekend. CoachNet contacted FELTS Towing & Repair. Mike M. arrived within the hour,towed us to Felts. On Monday, we were able to air freight a new part, it arrived on Tuesday. Felts custom made metal brackets for it, installed the new cooler, added 51/2 gallons of oil, tested the engine, and had us test drive her up to speeds. They had us on our way within 24 hours of receiving the new hydraulic cooler! We cannot praise enough the quality workmanship, knowledge and customer service we received from everyone at FELTS Towing,Truck Repair and Heavy Hauling! We saw semis, school buses, vans and a fire truck - they fix them all! Mike Marquardt, the tow truck operator knew how to air up our rig, drop the drive shaft etc. and did it all in the pouring rain along side I-65 with a smile. I've been given the run around for almost 2 years...nothing. There's a reason they want the ins payment for repair up front, they're thieves. They kept my vehicle for six months. I had damages on my vehicle that were not there when I dropped it off(window and doors not properly working and not to mention still didn't fix parking light that was part of the paid damage and repair from ins)IF they did $2000 worth of repair would be a stretch. They issued me a loner car for maybe 2 months (of the 6 that they had my car in their shop) and I had to use 3 AAA services on it. Yes, they were accommodating in that aspect and didn't charge me $500 deductible but NEVER said anything about forfeiting repairs to offset the deductible( apparently my $7000+ was used to repair everybody else's vehicle in shop because I'm a POC? Where's the other $5000?) They drove my vehicle too and even had their names programmed in my Bluetooth list‍. Just do not go here. I'm not even sure that they are ASE certified.I've tried multiple times to get my vehicle fixed. Multiple times "something came up" and they couldn't keep the appointment. I even took off work a couple times and they still found a way to not be there(roof repair because of storm?) At one point Chris told me I had a toll bill that needed to be paid first. I said fine, send me an itemized bill and I'll pay it just so I can get my car fixed(at this point I'm convinced they're crooks or druggies‍)Nothing!!! I've requested itemized bill of actual repairs and supplies done!! Nothing!!!!Maybe now they will answer and unblock/accept my phone calls.

They had to bring the vehicle from Somerset to Glasgow for us, saving us a 90+ mile drive. I waited until one year passed to post a review (11/2025). We just had the 15k service completed earlier this week. Services so far have been priced fair and all indications the job was done well. The speed at which the service is completed is great; very quick turn around. But the availability of scheduling short-notice is fantastic. A previous Nissan we owned and had serviced at another dealer (we live out of town from this dealership) was at least booked ten days out! I have been telling everyone how great Don Franklin is to work with. One of our sons bought a pre-owned Ram from here June of 2024, similar experience. Definitely five stars.
