This place is ridiculously overpriced. Show them comparisons and they shrug it off.. save your money buy elsewhere.

From the start, they tried to sell me a trailer hitch at full price even though it was discounted on their own website. When I pointed this out, the salesman disappeared to "talk to his manager" and came back claiming the original $1,000 price included installation and labor -- which apparently meant sliding the hitch into the back of my truck for an extra $500. It felt like a scam from the beginning. After signing the paperwork and driving an hour home, they called the next day saying they had "lost" or thrown away our paperwork and wanted us to drive all the way back to fix their mistake. We refused, so they mailed it instead. We took our "new winterized unit" camping the following weekend, and on day one the flow sensor in the tankless hot water heater cracked and leaked water the entire trip. We called our salesman and the service department twice over the weekend and never received a single call back. A month and a half later, someone from Camping World finally called to ask how we liked our purchase. When I explained everything that happened the hitch issue, the lost paperwork, the lack of communication, and the water heater failure they said they'd call back. When they did, the service manager told us to call them so they could "maybe" warranty the issue. Which I do have a text message from our salesman saying " it will for sure be covered" At this point, I wouldn't recommend Camping World in Bowling Green to anyone. Between the upselling games, the poor communication, and the lack of accountability, this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had.

The brakes failed on me going down the highway because they forgot to put cotter pins back in the clevis pins on the brake pedals. The internal repairs they made failed the first 5 minutes of use and had to be returned for rework. Upon return they left the wiring harness unsecured again and it shorted out and burned my charging system up, they would only replace the alternator and not the rest of the wiring they damaged due to their negligence. Don't take your equipment to Hobdy Dye and Reed at their Scottsville, Bowling Green or Columbia locations.

They had all the implements I wanted and explained the operation of those very well. Delivery took a bit longer than I'd hoped but wasn't too bad (a bit over a week), and that was longer than their normal delivery due to unfortunate events, so that was understandable. The only issues I take a star off was for extended delivery and they didn't have a trailer for the tractor, which leads me to needing to purchase elsewhere - and their very own website said they had trailers as part of a package deal. So that was confusing. (Apparently Kubota runs their website and they don't have control over what specials are offered - that was the explanation the sales person helping me said. Seems a bit strange). Overall happy with the experience. I'll update the review after I need service of some sort - it's easy to be great selling stuff to people. How are you in supporting them after they buy? For a tractor sales place, that seems to be a big factor so I'll be sure to include that info once I have experience with them.

I will never use them again and would recommend everyone keep scrolling to next company save your time and money!!!!!

I have a small (just me) mobile truck repair service and I fix big trucks. Been at it since 1999. I put the turbo on and drove the truck but noticed it had no boost at all. Went back to the shop and diagnosed the turbo bearing had failed and the turbine was difficult to turn. Called fleetpride to let them know I needed another one and they informed me the warranty only takes effect after they ship the bad one back and the same folks that built it have to agree they messed up and issue a refund. I let them know that doesn't seem legit but I went ahead and bought another one so this customer could get back on the road. I am now out of pocket 8000 bucks nearly. 2 weeks later I get a text form the girl at fleetpride telling me sorry they refuse to warranty the turbo claiming it was not pre oiled before install. I did oil the turbo before I installed and besides that, after running the truck the engine would have put plenty of oil through the turbo, so I asked how in the world can they come to the conclusion that it wasn't pre oiled?? Tried calling bbb and was told I would have to talk with fleetpride because I bought it from them. Spoke with district manager, and all he did was listen to bbb tell him how thorough they were inspecting it and he told me they sound like they know what they're talking about. So, i had to eat the cost, almost 4000 dollars, and I closed my fleetpride account. Horrible situation and the little guy has to assume the cost. They do not care about the customer. That is the only opinion i am giving, the rest is factual.
