Once he found out our situation he refused to take his towing fee. He even took our car to a mechanic he knew at no charge. Had us wait at a restaurant for our ride. Informed them why we were there. Just the best tow guy I've ever had to deal with. Couldn't have broken down in a better area.

We took our camper in for repairs. It sat for nine weeks before they looked at it. They said that…read morethe person at the desk had been let go and that he never wrote down why the camper was there. We had issues with both AC units. They only fixed one unit but charged for diagnostics on both. When we arrived to pick up the camper it had a flat tire. The price they told us on the phone was different when we arrived. After we arrived home we realized the biggest disappointment. We had told them when we dropped the camper off that the keys were inside. They have a master key because they locked the camper with the keys inside. I would not recommend this business and would highly recommend that you save your self the frustration by going somewhere else.

After many unanswered phone calls and no call backs.. a " we can get to you in 6 weeks" .. we called here.. the lady on the phone, Chasity, said with extreme confidence to come on in the next day and they will fix us right up and get us on our way. So off we went. When we got here someone came out right away and said they would get right on it. Within a few hours they had our lights fixed. Turned out we needed a new brake as well.. they didn't have one on hand but one of the mechanics said he could pick one up from somewhere on the way to work the next day.. ( much better than waiting on an ordered part) he did, and they had it all done before noon. He didnt have to do that, but we totally appreciate it! Chasity had the warranty claim working before we got there, so it went pretty smooth. Everyone was super nice and helpful. And because of their quick service we are back on the road in less than 24 hours. I highly recommend them for quick, attentive and knowledgeable service! We will definitely use them again for service and purchases! Thank you again for helping us out !

Great experience! No regrets…read more My van was totaled by insurance (backed into a plumbing truck out of my driveway) and I decided to buy it back and trusted Causey's to repair. I cannot remember for the life of me the friendly gentleman manager (had an accent/experienced car guy) who took care of me but he and the secretary there were both very helpful and wonderful people. They got the job done on their promised timetable and helped me with the salvage title process and it was as painless as possible. Had the job done when they and van ready and done to satisfaction and the price was reasonable and they even saved me some money off the original estimate. They stated they were currently busy with a lot of orders but delivered for less than estimated and it was ready when they said it would be. The competing body shop place across the street never called back after saying they would do an estimate and was apparently were so busy they didn't bother to contact me or my dad back after we had them take a look.

They had to bring the vehicle from Somerset to Glasgow for us, saving us a 90+ mile drive. I waited until one year passed to post a review (11/2025). We just had the 15k service completed earlier this week. Services so far have been priced fair and all indications the job was done well. The speed at which the service is completed is great; very quick turn around. But the availability of scheduling short-notice is fantastic. A previous Nissan we owned and had serviced at another dealer (we live out of town from this dealership) was at least booked ten days out! I have been telling everyone how great Don Franklin is to work with. One of our sons bought a pre-owned Ram from here June of 2024, similar experience. Definitely five stars.
